I have been dealing with Matt Arnoldi at Ferguson’s for the past year and a half while I’m building a new home. He has been fantastic! He has been a wealth of information and has guided me through the process beautifully. He has been extremely prompt in responding to calls as well as emails. The showroom is lovely, and everyone in this store has been great… helpful, respectful and kind. I can’t recommend Ferguson’s enough.

We remodeled our entire house with Ferguson and the experience was just terrific. Their entire team was outstanding and made a difficult job easy and rewarding. Our design consultant, Bob Armstrong was excellent, helping us throughout the project from kitchen to bath to cabinet hardware including a steam shower. He was wonderful to work with and we are so pleased with the outcome. The large selection of display models facilitated the selection process and enabled us to feel confident in our decisions. While I was in the middle of a kitchen remodel, I discovered Ferguson’s. The difference in the help and service I received was significant, and I highly recommend them, in fact I don’t usually write reviews but was compelled to do so after such a great experience. Remodel is not my strength and I only had general ideas about the type of sink and faucet I wanted and Fergusons, helped me navigate all(and for excellent, competitive pricing). By the time I left the Seaside showroom, I had learned so much about these items and placed my order for pick up at the Santa Cruz location. They continue to be super helpful as I made some follow up requests and orders. I only wish I had discovered them sooner in the process. So happy to know about them for the future.

I rarely write a negative review, but this business is so rude to a customer. The staff are well dressed and pretentious. We were greeted by a well dressed woman who asked if she could help immediately when we arrived. We said, «Yes, we are here to select sinks and other items for a remodel.» She said, no one is available right now and left us. Huh? This was our second visit and our first visit some months ago was similar. The contractors may get better attention, but no one needs to spend money with such rude people. We found Del Rey Plumbing supply far more accomodating and will spend substantial money with Del Rey.

I wasn’t even going to write a review for this place until I saw a commercial of theirs. Don’t be fooled! I had the exact same experience as some of the other reviewers. I went there to buy that day and no one, I repeat no one, even acknowledged we were there! I was in the store for nearly 20 minutes and thus wasted 20 minutes of my life. I ended up finding something even better on Amazon at a better price and with Amazon’s recommendations I was able to buy the needed accessory items. Don’t waste your time with this place. Places like this should not be business.

While their selection and showcase was top notch, their lack of customer service was abysmal. No one… I repeat NOONE greeted us or said hello the entire time I was inside. I even hit my head on a light fixture and a woman asked if I was ok, then went back to her computer. I then approached her and asked if I knew her(she looked familiar). We spoke for a minute, but she never ONCE offered help or asked about my needs. I left and plan to NOT return.

Well, although they have an extensive selection of high end items and an even higher price the experiece was lacking so bad in the area of customer service. When I walked in the person at the hostess desk was on the computer while I was in proximity didnt even say hello. as I walked through the store in my suit I was not greeted once by the several employees I encountered. As I walked out of the establishment I once again passed the hostess desk while 2 employees were engaged in a conversation neither said anything to me as I opened the door and left… the higher the prices. the better the service is my opinion. and with one other customer in the entire store … what was everyone doing so important that the customer wasnt even welcomed … so sad…

Kim was great… up to a point! Once the bill was paid we were faced with«who are you?» The toilet didn’t fit… left 2 messages(no return calls — Kim was ill) and finally walked in to the store but everyone was busy. After asking for a manager, Kim was then available. Didn’t matter… found the toilet on our own. Mirella has been sent numerous emails and then calls regarding the refund… vacation, she was ill — the list was lengthy. One stop shopping was great but the«team» needs to notch up their customer service skills — sketchy at best.

The staff here really knows their stuff! They go above and beyond, staying as late as they have to and making as many calls and emails as they need to in order to get the job done. I would highly recommend a trip to this gorgeous show room; it will make you feel like the room you’ve been dreaming of will easily be a reality.

Love Ferguson and their very HELPFUL and friendly staff! Their showroom is great, too! I take clients here all the time!!! One stop shopping for plumbing fixtures, appliances, etc.

I went to Ferguson for bathroom remodel ideas. Instead of feeling welcome, I felt shunned and not«important» enough for them to spend time with me. We bought a high-end shower from them anyway and they never called to tell me it had arrived. Finally, I called and found out it had arrived, but it wasn’t at the store when I got there. Apparently they have a separate warehouse, but they neglected to tell me about this on the phone. We were trying to «do the right thing» and support a local business. But if a local business does not have better customer service than an online company, why support them? I will not order anything from this store again.
