Hercules Moving Systems

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! Here is a list of things that they have done wrong.
— After vendor requirements were sent to the company, they claim they never received them and the lady who it was emailed to doesn’t take care of those issues. So, last minute I had to pay $ 300 extra for them to send a smaller truck that would fit in my condo loading dock.
— The driver forgot the credit card machine for my payment and told me someone would call me within two days. I called after three days and then they asked me to sign paperwork and send them a photocopy of my cc, otherwise my delivery wouldn’t begin.
— They require a minimum of 14 days for the delivery. I asked them to delivery it about 20 days afterwards, but they still came five days late.
— Upon delivery, they had 25 items missing! (my bed, half my couch, etc)
— When they picked up my items, the company had me sign a waiver saying they are not responsible for furniture made of particle board being damaged. That’s why I can’t do anything about my damaged dresser, but I don’t understand why the leg of my dresser is torn off and why no one has called me about that.
— It has been one week and four days since the delivery and they still have not delivered the remaining 25 items. The warehouse manager I have been working with has told me my items would be picked up several times and has told me he would call me several times to update me in our order, but he has done neither.
This company supposedly does not have a license to move interstate and so they contract other companies. DO NOT USE THEM! Everything that could possibly go wrong has gone wrong during my move.
