Don’t bother using this place, especially for delivery. Not only is their delivery time way too long, but they’ll cancel your order without any notification. When this happened, we were met with sarcasm and indifference from the person on the phone. Not only that, they didn’t offer anything for our troubles. I don’t know who is running this place, but it’s seriously a mess and a damage to the Pizza Hut brand.

I went to the pizza hut in seatac washington and I was very unsatisfied as soon as I walked in the door it was the worst customer service I have ever received the so called «host» just tossed us our menus and told us to seat ourselfs then our so called «waitress» was incredibly rude and disrespectful, she gave us atitude and rolled her eyes at us. Never once were we asked how everything was or offered refils it was straight out disrespectful. I will never go back to the seatac location again.
