We arrived to Seattle late and hungry. We also had no wheels. So our food options were limited to the closest places to our hotel that could provide food the fastest. That ended up to be Taco Bell. We walked one block over but all the doors were locked even though the signs said dining room stays open till 10 pm, it was 9 pm. There was a long line of cars at the drive up window. No food, no star even though Unilocal requires 1 star minimum.

–_– Three employees working on a Saturday night? Poor planning on management’s end and it resulted in an entire lobby full of pissed off people. My bf and I ended up waiting 15 minutes for $ 15 worth of food, four tacos, to find out that one of the four was wrong. I walked up to the cashier as he was cleaning and he responded with, «what?» Like, «wtf do you want? « I told him that my taco was wrong and he took it back for them to fix. My bf wanted to make sure that we wouldn’t have to wait another 15 minutes for a single fckn taco so he walked up to the cashier to make sure it would be replaced quickly. The cashier said that it would be taken care of asap. Lo and behold, we had been waiting about 5 minutes before we realized that we were not getting this taco fixed anytime soon. My bf walked up and asked them about it and was told that they had a huge backlog of orders so it will be out in a while. 0.0 are you kidding? It’s a TACO that you messed up and are making me wait 15 minutes for after I already waited 15 minutes in the first place? You’re tripping! My boyfriend immediately asked for the manager but it didn’t seem like there was one on duty. He was standing at the counter for a few minutes when he was handed a bag with the taco in it. All of this because they messed up what was ordered in the first place. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to.

Today was a very frustrating trip for us at Taco Bell, I’m not usually one to write reviews. First off we come in and there’s some high school kids paying with tons of change and a $ 20 bill, and we didn’t care(who wants to put it in a machine for a giftcard that takes 10% of it?), so we’re standing there waiting and this probably took closer to 6 or 7 minutes, but the cashier was having the guy count out the change penny by penny instead of counting it himself so it took forever. We didn’t really understand this, the cashier should have been counting it and separating it or something so he didn’t lose count but whatever. So then we order and I’m getting the pink Starburst Freeze but no, they’re out of that they only have the Rockstar one so I just get that. We order, I walk over to grab some hot sauce, they only have fire. We ask, they’re out of hot sauce. Go back to grab some napkins, they are all out of napkins. It’s cut up paper towels. We get our food and my quesalupa(which from my understanding is suppose to be cheesy right) and it’s not cheesy and I don’t see any sour cream so I go up and ask for a side of sour cream and they charge me 43 cents, I give him 45 cents and he doesn’t give me the change but I’m like whatever 2 pennies(he also seemed like he even had trouble counting that out too). Then I decide I want cheese too because I’m now getting irritated with it missing, and so I ask for a side from another lady and she brings it out and says ‘usually there’s a charge but today it’s free’ which was great because I definitely would have started my rant with her there if she wanted to charge me for the cheese on top of the sour cream that was suppose to be on it to start with. Very frustrating experience with this Taco Bell staff. Oh and also on top of that, we hear someone walk up to the counter and ask for green chile sauce when we’re leaving, they were also out of that as well. My guess is bad management there it seemed unorganized with undertrained staff.

The food here is not to bad. Been here twice. But I like breakfast and it’s 7:15 am and it’s not open. That’s very bad customer service. Whatever the issue the SM obviously is responsible. I kind of disappointed. Sigh* and now it’s 7:17am and nothing. Been waiting since 7am. Wells laters.

We waited for 17 minutes, stuck in the drive through lane with a vehicle behind us, with only four cars ahead of us for the entirety of our duration. The entire time we waited, we could see inside the glass windows into the kitchen area. All of the employees were absolutely doing nothing, joking around, and ignoring the customers who were all waiting in the drive through. The store was out of sprite, and did not offer any explanation or apology for the wait. We then waited an additional 4 minutes at the window to receive our order: a Baja blast soda, and a cheese roll up. Absolutely ridiculous.

Poor customer service. Walked in, stood at the counter for 2 min, which seems like an eternity when your the only customer in line. Stood there, no one acknowledged me, so I left! I won’t pay for bad customer service!

I remember back in the day, I use to love Taco Bell. Over last few years I have been traveling a lot and try not to stop by them, HOWEVER! This one brought back the love to Taco Bell, clean, good food. Thank u

This Taco Bell is quite awesome. They haven’t forgotten anything from my order like Jack in the Box always does! The service here is friendly and they don’t cheap out on giving me hot sauce when I go to the drive-thru. Out of all the fast-food restaurants I go to, they are the most pleasant and give great customer service, so I thought I should give them a thumbs up for that. I also recently used their new mobile app and picked up an order here at Taco Bell(with a coupon!) and there were no problems. The only downside is that sometimes they don’t toast the chalupas so it’s cold :(

Clean! Very clean restaurant. Ate here twice on a recent business trip. Place was clean both times. Staff was pleasant. Order-taking taking and so forth was fast and efficient. This Taco Bell is a nice option from the hotel I like to stay at, and I’ll likely be back on my next trip.

I’m not sure which was worse, the food, the clientele, for the staff. You get what you pay for right?

I’m not a big fan of Taco Bell restaurants, but this one — located on the Southeast corner of International Blvd and South 188th Street — was across the street from the hotel and was open really late so I thought I’d try the Cantina Bell menu I’ve seen touted in ads all over the television. There was no line and the cashier was friendly enough. I ordered the cantina bowl with chicken and settled in to see what gives. IMHO it wasn’t on par with Chipotle or Q’doba, but it was far better than I expected considering I was at Taco Bell! The cantina bowl starts with a bed of rice smothered in chicken, beans, crisp pico de gallo(onions, tomato, and spices), corn salsa, and guacamole. It had a fresh taste to it not usually found at fast food restaurants making it a clear victor over the Jack in the Box across the street.

I like this Taco Bell. They are always super friendly to me and funny. I can’t speak to the grease or the lack of napkin situations as mentioned in others, but I LOVE Tacobell. A lot. And I’ve had some pretty crummy service in some of them, but not here(yet?) The only thing that drives me crazy is the marketing ploy they have for the Doritos tacos– Collect all two– couldn’t they have just said«Try both!» Who collects tacos? And who says All Two? Usually one says all three… bad copy. But it did get me to remember it!

At the drive thru Friday night, the window attendant read off what he was handing me, including the word«napkins», as if confirming the contents. I opened the bag to eat just before heading into the airport, and guess what was missing? Napkins. Looking in the bag is the least you could do, rather than lying to me. The Doritos Locos taco was good, saving this from being a 1-star experience, just barely.

Damn you Taco Bell. I hate that you’re so close to where I live. Hey who can resist a Nachos Bell Grande or a Grilled Stuft Steak Burrito when its late at night or you plain just don’t feel like cooking? *Raises Hand* Alas Taco Bell. The service is usually pretty quick. The food? Great. Cleanliness? Check. This is a Taco Bell only location so no KFC is attached either. Overall a solid fast food joint.

Ok… so Taco Bell. We know what to expect, right? So why 4 stars? This Taco Bell had stand-out customer service. So… I’m a lunatic. And when I heard that TB was launching breakfast I just had to find a WA location and try it out for myself. So I looked online, saw that this Taco Bell had the breakfast menu and set my alarm to wake up early the next day to check it out. As I walk I’m immediately greeted by two happy, smiley employees. They hand me coupons to come back and get free breakfast items on a second trip and take my order. Sweet. The food isn’t amazing but again, this is just fast food. Growing up in the Bay Area, there were more Taco Bells than any other ast food chain. So I ate at Taco Bell a lot in high school and college. There’s always room in my heart for a crunchwrap, Mexican pizza and soft tacos. If you’re looking for McDonald’s breakfast, this isn’t it. At all. But there’s plenty of time for them to improve. The hashbrown thing-a-ma-bob was actually better than I’ve had elsewhere and the packaging was adorable. Give their breakfast a shot, you probably won’t regret it.

Craving something South of the Border? Got a late night hunger? What about Fourth Meal? This Taco Bell is conveniently located close to the airport, so if you’ve got a late night flight, you can easily swing by for a quick bite. Located on the corner of International Blvd(99) and 188th St, you can’t miss Taco Bell. Fast food, good service and cheap!
