We have an older house that needs its drains snaked every few years, regardless of how diligent we are about what goes in them. A couple of weeks ago our sewer line clogged again. I did not relish the thought of paying one of the big franchise outfits $ 400+ again. Fortunately I found Wsd! I called them at around 9PM on a week night, hoping to schedule and appointment for the following day. They let me know that they could have someone out within the hour at no extra charge! The drain tech showed up in just under an hour and snaked our drain not once, but twice to make sure – 125 feet of snake!
He was neat, polite and left no mess. We were so impressed. Will be calling them next time!
