The food was … adequate. We had the wonton soup, general tso’s(I was happy to see it came with lightly steamed broccoli until I noticed there was more broccoli than chicken and a pool of watery sauce in the container), and I thought we ordered beef with kale, but received beef with bok choy. Not a big deal except that none of the dishes had much flavor and zero spice even though we ordered medium. It was all made edible by adding a little soy sauce &/or chili garlic sauce, but generally disappointing. I do commend the way they lightly steam their vegetables rather than boiling them to death, but I don’t think it travels well as the steam builds up and waters down the sauce. I doubt I’ll order take-out from them again, but if I did, I’d ask for 6 stars spicy and hope it ended up being 2.

So bad. I got this delivered today. Not only did I get chicken in my vegetable chow mein, but the first bite I took was a BONE. Bone. And that wasn’t the only one. Even if I ate meat, the quality looked terrible, like it was the cast offs from their dine-in guests. The chow mein itself had no flavor and was just oil. This lunch reminded me why I don’t eat Chinese food. Chicken always seems to sneak its way into my food.

If you get Sheila.run. Worst waitress award of the century. I went in on a Tuesday night and thought she was having a bad day. She tried over 5 times to convince me to get the soy sauce chicken instead of the Chef’s chicken. She finally realized I was not going to change my mind as I’ve ordered this before through eat24 and loved it. She has a piercing on her bottom right lip to help identify her. She had a loud rude tone. I went in on Sunday 1⁄17 and lucky me she was there. Same tone and condescending. She walked away while I was still telling her other items we were going to order. When she came back I told her it’s rude to walk away and just gave her a talk about customer service. We didn’t get our rice until Way after the courses came and some were brought out 10 mins before the main course so I reminded her of the rice. That’s when she told me her name and her boss was Jessica the BBQ lady and pointed to her. Jessica heard everything we talked about and did nothing so I resolved to a Unilocal review. If you want to be treated better, I recommend Kau Kau. Honey court has great service too. I will never eat in at this place again.

I am Asian and sorry to report cook here has no prides in their cooking. If you have to eat here stick with BBQ. items, They must have purchase them from some guys that know how to do it well. Empty shop on weekend should have been my big warning to leave. Ordered some type of stir fried over rice and noodle. There are these sauce that’s gross looking like nickelodeon green slime minus the green & test even worst. 3 pieces of stir fried cucumbers and big hunks of BBQ. pork. 1st time I see stirred fried cucumber, like lazy & greedy much to buy real produce. Other noodle dish counted 5 small shrimp. I have to recook with more meat and broccoli to be eatable. Worst ripped off so far. I would say it is expensive due to what you are not getting.

My daughter likes this place for some reason, what that reason is, I’m not sure. We were seated quickly since there were only about 10 people in the restaurant, not a lot, but on Christmas Eve, you only expect to see small crowds. Here’s the good part of eating here, the food is pretty good. We had duck chow mein with crispy noodles, garlic sauce pea vines and rice. The food came out quickly. I didn’t notice much in the way of duck meat, maybe they should rename the dish chow mein with duck bits. The pea vines were great, but all you do is put them in a wok with garlic and chicken broth. The server is the standard unfriendly Chinese guy that talks to you when give your order then never talks again. Even when he was speaking to Chinese people, he didn’t say much. The bad part about this place is it isn’t really too clean. The floor is a little greasy and the bathrooms are pretty dirty. I’ll probably head to Shanghai or Jade Garden next time.

Very disappointing. Made reservations ahead of time for Christmas Day looking forward to Roast Duck and Roast Pork. We made sure to call before and was told they had it. Got to dinner and waited half hour after ordering to be told they are out that someone came and bought them all! We got up to leave and saw 5 sitting in front window. Not cool, especially when you drove an hour and a half into the the city. Don’t trust them when you call.

I should’ve known: any place that offers HUNDREDS of menu items can’t be all that great at any of them. Boy, was I right. The reason they get two stars is because the portions were generous and were cooked. But the salt and pepper squid had a fried coating that was absolute mush and no crisp. Not much flavor, either. Inedible. The pork ribs were decent, and my cousin liked the duck, but I wasn’t impressed with the flavor profile. The honey walnut prawns were worse than anywhere I’ve ever had them(yep, even Panda express). The fried rice was screaming for additional seasoning… which soy sauce would’ve helped, had we been given any in our delivery(no mustard, either… just fortune cookies). So bland fried rice. The egg rolls were decent. That’s all I can say about this place…

I love this restaurants on a late night especially when purple dot and hk café are overfilled with obnoxiously loud people on the weekends. This place is highly misunderstood. I can relate because my first impression of the place was not great: the entrance was messy, the staff wasn’t particularly friendly and the floor was sticky. The food was what kept me coming back over and over again. The caveat is that you have to know what to order! Their list of food items are huge! And not all of them are a hit. You need to look at these Unilocal pictures, find your favorites and stick to it and you will have the best late-night Chinese food in Seattle.

My previous 5 star review was based on the previous ownership, which was awesome. Was just there tonight, and found out that they had changed owners recently. The food was terrible, noodles were hard and very chewy, and was on the verge of turning bad. Same with the seafood tofu pot, the mushrooms smelled off. Now I’m home, and have a tummy ache. :-(

Came here at night to order some won ton soup and was very disappointed. The broth tasted like it hasn’t been seasoned and it only came with 4 dumplings. We also ordered some beef flat rice which was delicious and the only thing I enjoyed. Also, their service sucks. We got one worded replies and he just threw down our food and left. We won’t be coming back!

I came here last night with my family and it was extremely disappointing. I was told that they have a new owner now but the quality is way worse. I ordered BBQ duck noodle soup, the noodles weren’t even completely cooked. Instead of fixing it, they just put it in the microwave to heat it up, hoping that would completely cook my noodles… really? and the clay pots were a joke. We ordered fish clay pot, the pot came with like 3 pieces of fish. Not to mention that they had lots of cabbage at the bottom to make the clay pot look full. same thing with the eggplant clay pot, almost no eggplant. The service is terrible as well. The restaurant wasn’t crowded but the waiter acted like he wanted us to finish our meal as soon as possible so we can leave. wow. never coming back again.

I absolutely love this place. I’ve been here numerous times for late dinners and it always hits the spot. It’s a Cantonese owned store so everything is pretty chill. You just walk in and grab a seat! Being a Cantonese speaker myself, it’s nice to converse with the store owners! My favorite thing about 663 is their roasted duck. It’s the best! Plus, and get this, a whole duck is only $ 19.45! It is so insanely cheap for a whole roasted fatty ludicrously delicious duck. We had ordered a fish fillet over corn rice, fillet fish with eggplant tofu in hotpot, and a combination dish which includes any three kinds of meat you want with rice. All of them were FANTASTIC. We hardly waited for long before our food came, all in one go! Well, .okay, we had a late 9:00 dinner. But still. Our bill came out to be about $ 30, which isn’t bad. I love this place!

Garbage food. This place sucks for delivery! Thanks for the nasty old oil egg rolls and the fake general tso’s — the tree stumps? In the Mongolian beef? This review doesn’t even deserve proper capitalization! Not even dog worthy as scraps. Never again!

Where do I begin? 1. Service is terrible. It’s to be expected when you’re in Chinatown but this is beyond bad. The restaurant wasn’t even busy but we can never seems to get any of the servers attention. And when they finally come to the table, no smile or anything. 2. Food took a long time to come. We order a few dishes to share family style but odd in enough the appetizer which are the BBQ style and the roasted duck noodle soup came out last. When we asked about the appetizer dish, the waiter didn’t even seem apologetic about the slowness of the food. Again no service at all. Only giving 2 stars as the other dishes we ordered were decent and good portion. Sadly I used to like this place but will not probably come back after today.

My boyfriend and I were both working from home late one night, and we were both starving. It was past 10. We went on Eat24 for a list of restaurants that delivered at that hour, and this came up. They had a big menu of things that sounded delectable. We settled for BBQ spare ribs, honey-glazed garlic pork chop, and salty fish and chicken fried rice. The food was delivered promptly, but there was a $ 2.50 delivery fee, on top of the minimum order amount you have to meet. Let me say that we are not hard to please when it comes to Chinese food. However, there was very little actual meat and way too much fat in both the spare ribs and pork chop dishes we ordered, and they were difficult to even look at without cringing. The fried rice was fantastic, though, but not enough to make us want them to ever feed us again. We’re also hating on the delivery fee, of course.

663 is the best, you hear me? With 380 items on the menu, there is definitely something for you. To their chef: How do you do it?(a joke because of all the items on their menu) When I come here I always order their honey walnut prawns and honeymoon fried rice. Their honey walnut prawns are the best in how they are crunchy, tasty and the presentation is equal to it as well. Their honeymoon fried rice(some places it is known as yin-yang fried rice) is very good. The story is the first time I came here, I ordered their honeymoon fried rice and it was the first time I had that dish and I am married to it ever since. The little details: This time coming here, I can tell their chef is different, as their honey walnut prawns did not include tomatoes on the sides of the dish; however, the dish was still good as described earlier and the walnuts were toasted perfectly, with the right amount of sweetness and crunch. The honeymoon fried rice consists of fried rice underneath 2 sauces(red — which is tomato and white — which is cream); it also has strips of chicken, tomatoes, peas, onions as well. It was good, but this time they made the tomatoes bigger and chunkier. Hot tea comes with your meal and that was good since this day was pretty cool out. Their service was good and timely. I also recommend their hot clay pot that has fish filets and eggplant and yang chow fried rice. It is so hard to try everything because I only come here a few times a year and I usually order at least one dish that is my favorite. Their restrooms are clean. Prices are average and not too expensive. In 663, why not?

I usually pick up Chinese-style BBQ from 663 Bistro, which I raved about in my previous reviews. I came with my family to dine in at lunch today and the service is s***. She didn’t refill our tea once during our meal(only once after we got the check), the dessert I had my heart set on was out yet still appeared on the menu and no warning was given as many wait staff will do when they hand you the menu if they know they are out of something, and lastly, we needed the dipping sauce that goes with the duck(it is so standard that she should’ve brought it without needing to be asked) but she never came back and it was near impossible to catch her eye(three of us tried on separate occasions) so we went without. All in all, like the food but despise the service.

This place is special to me because my family and I have been going to it since they opened. The best thing about this place is the consistency. The food has always tasted delicious and I’ll always keep coming back! Their salt and paper squid and chicken wings are my absolute favorite in the entire Seattle Chinatown — never too salty, with just enough crisp and spiciness to give it a perfect bite. Their pea vine with garlic is also the best I have tasted in this area. I wish their was a decimal system to use for rating because I probably would rate 663 a 4.5÷5 because of their service. They used to have really great waitresses who were happy to help but in the last half year it has really gone down. You just have to be very persistent with staff sometimes if you need anything between them taking your order, delivering the food, and paying. It might not be what some people are used to but I promise the food makes that small hit of frustration worth it.
