This place is AMAZING, I had the brisket sandwich with mushrooms, onions (grilled) and this great truffle sauce all on a baguette roll. My daughter had the chicken sandwich with spicy mayo on also a baguette roll along with this huge wedge potatoes that were cooked in peanut oil. All I can say is I have never had such amazing food and since this place is not on the main traffic area, we were the only ones there, lucky for us.
The whole time we were visiting Seattle this was the best food that we found and wished we could take some back on our flight back to California. I wish they would pack up and come our way (Gilroy)… The owner is such a beautiful, smart and kind soul, she made a lasting impression on us. There really needs to be more people in this world like her.
I have never done a review before, but you really need to eat here is all I can say.

If you’re looking for the best buffalo chicken wings in the entire city hands-​down this is the destination!
The unassuming front entrance with it’s four humble tables and simple menu on the glass window opens up to a restaurant full of spice and aroma of American style food cooked with Love and care — what more could your tummy ask for?
My wings were hand cut and then cooked in a vat of fresh peanut oil — The peanut oil makes them really crispy.
Then they were hand tossed in one of the seasons sauces they make by hand the original buffalo.
I was offered a delicious cool sauce on the side which contained Gorgonzola cheese — A premium ingredient and very decadent –delicious.
I’ll be returning there and trying other items on the menu I can’t wait stay tuned for more posts and try to find this truly nice hidden gem on your own their sometimes open later than the hours posted online so call ahead
