I Used Alco to build a fence and do patio work. Both projects Allan Condiotty had a million excuses why he couldn’t start or why he couldn’t finish. The patio work he pressured wash but never finished. Lied, said he would be back the next day. More excuses 7 months later phoned us said he would be out next week. Didn’t show! Phoned promised to be done middle of May «NEVER FINISHED». also had to forward him a copy of the bid because he lost it!!.
Do not use Alco or give him $ upfront. You have been warned…
