Andy Hubbard – State Farm Insurance Agent

I can’t get a call back from these guys. I’ve tried 3 times now for an auto and renter’s insurance quote and they don’t pick up their phone, reply to emailed quotes that claim they’ll get back to me within a day, or apparently listen to voicemails. I’m guessing if I showed up in person they’d all be out to lunch no matter what the day or time.
State Farm inexplicably chose not to notify me that my renter’s policy was ending, so I found out that I was no longer covered when I went to update the policy through their website. I’ve since switched my auto insurance to Geico to avoid that happening with my car insurance and they have been awesome. It’s bittersweet, I’ve had a State Farm auto policy since I first started driving and my parents have always loved them, but I guess retaining customers is no big deal to them!
Do you really want your insurance agent to care so little that you can’t get a call back? Didn’t think so. Go somewhere else!
