Asian Spa

I got a full body massage here. It was one of the worst massages EVER! And I many massages at Asian Foot Massage places.
1. The room is NOT completely private. The wall does not go all the way up to the ceiling, so you here everything on the other side of the wall. And it gets super cold when someone opens the door, which happened several times during my massage.
2. They only have a small bath towel, not sheet, towel to co re yourself with. Which leads me to #3.
3. The massage therapist walked into the room and threw off immediately the bath towel, opening exposing me to the non-​heated room when the weather has been 20 – 30 degrees outside.
4. I don’t know how many times I said it was too hard and if she could be softer. I am all for hard but this was painful!
5. I am not shy so besides being cold I was not too freaked about not having a towel covering me. Nor when mild massaging of my «lower back» but it got way too uncomfortable when the massage therapist (yes a woman) started full on massaging my butt. She would do this pinching thing and when someone is massaging so much they are going into the crack that’s just weird.
6. Then when she left to get a hot towel to get the left over oil off of me she left the door fully open, so either the other work a man could see me or a customer who could just walk into the place could see me fully exposed on the table.
7. Lastly when I went to pay she asked me how much to charge to my card. I told her that she could charge a total of $ 66. Yes the massage was $ 60 and I was going to give her $ 6 tip. She did not understand this and hand me write it down for her. After she saw the amount she got made and told me she would charge my card for $ 70, she said she did a good job and she «did hard». I told her it was too hard and she wouldn’t listen to me when I told her. We argued back and forth for sometime longer and I told her to give me my card back. And I handed her $ 60 cash and walked out.
This was for the full body «private» massage. I thought that maybe their foot massage might be better but after being TOLD how much of a tip I should leave I would never risk this. This place is horrible. Should have looked at the reviews before. BEWARE!!!

I have gone here several times because it’s super cheap, but you get what you pay for. I always put up with the lady leaving in the middle of the foot massage to go to the restroom 10 minutes into the massage or eating more of her soup 30 minutes into the massage. In fact, one time I came in and they were busy, so she said I could come back at 2 PM for an appointment (they are never busy). I came back and was all ready to go… feet in the tub and everything. A man came in and she said «Oh, I forgot I made an appointment with him. Please come back in an hour.» Are you kidding me? However, last weekend will be the last time I ever step foot in that place again, as they doubled the time I gave them. I’m generous with my tip and always gigve 20%, but they made it 40% and charged my card more than I signed for. I’m currently disputing this, as I call the woman and she responded «I’m busy!» and hung up. Spend the extra $ 5-​$ 10 and go somewhere else!
