DONOTEVERGOTHERE! The first time I scheduled an appointment they told me it was over and sent me home. They dindt mention that i had to wear sunglasses after they put the liquid to dilate the pupil. I almost crashed on my way to work. The second time, I scheduled the appointment at 1:00pm and after confirming the day before, I got there, and the appointment was at 1:45pm. The receptionist was playing outside with his flying helicopter and had me wait inside for a couple of minutes while he finished playing. He was rude and unprofessional. I told him I had confirmed at 1:00pm and I coundlnt wait 45 minutes for the appointment. He told me not to waste my time and not to fill out any paperwork if I was not going to wait for the doctor and leave. He was for sure eager to get back to his flying helicopter. He didnt even try to accomodate another time the same day or week. I dont know why I even went there for the second time.

I came in to the office with an interest in contact lenses. I was explained that even though I had a current contact lens exam, that I still need to get one from him in order to receive VSP benefits – false. He started doing the exam and it was really weird. He didn’t use the normal machinery used in every other exam I’ve ever had. Then he asked me what color the cap was on a bottle that he randomly grabbed; it all seemed very weird. Then he told me to tilt my head back and had something in his hand. I asked, «what are you doing?» and he said«I’m just going to put something in you eye» and I said«What are you going to put in my eye!!!» and he said«oh it’s just sodium chloride». And I said I don’t want to be here anymore, because I felt like I honestly couldn’t trust him and it felt like he wasn’t professionally trained. I was scared that he could hurt me without realizing it. I walked out in the middle of the exam.
