Ballard Heights Apartments

I’ve lived here for about 9 months now and I really like it. It’s nothing fancy but it gets the job done for under 1k.
Cindy, the building manager keeps things really clean and keeps the outside looking good too.
I think the building was built in the 80’s so it’s not as stylish as some other apartments in Ballard, and the in-​unit washer/​dryer appliance leaves something to be desired. But there is coin-​op in the basement and there is a dishwasher in-​unit. Parking is available in a secure garage under the building, and there is a call box that you can buzz people in (must be 206 number). Also the FedEx always brings the heavy stuff up to your apartment!
There is lots of street parking nearby for visitors, and though it seems it may be a busy intersection, it is very quiet at night. The 18 and 75 Northbound stop right outside, and Southbound just catercorner across the street.
I have a great East facing view that only gets sun in the morning, and it looks like all the West facing apartments have window AC units.
