Beyond Vape

Nice place. Good stock. Poor customer service. The clerks seem annoyed with you shopping there. Im spending quite a bit of money. This place suffers from a very unprofessional staff.

Wouldn’t accept a return on a dead product because it was 7 days past their 30 day return policy from normal use, way to stand behind your products. I will never purchase anything from this store again, completely shortsighted way to run a business. Now I have to deal directly with the manufacturer, the whole reason I bought it locally was to avoid this, if there were to be problems. I specifically asked if these devices were problematic and I was told no, worst customer service, better to order online and save yourself the hassle of dealing with beyond vape.

THIS PLACE IS BAD NEWS!!!
The sales clerk introduced herself while shaking our hands and insisted we would be thrilled with their service and products. We were told «we totally stand behind our products and NO ONE has ever left our store unhappy with their purchase». We ended up purchasing a very expensive vaporizer and was again told we would be thrilled how well it works and were told the unit we bought was the «Bentley» of vaporizers. We were NOT told they did not honor any kind of returns, there is no sign stating «no returns».
After charging the unit I tried it numerous times to find it just did not work. I returned the unit the very next day to be told I was basically out of luck, that they would do absolutely nothing and that I should try my luck with the manufacturer. The manufacturer referred me back to the retail outlet where I made my purchase. After multiple calls to Beyond Vapor they agreed to call the distributor for me and they would call me back the next day, which never happened!!! I now have a $ 300 worthless paperweight that does nothing.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I would not recommend this place for any purchases. Very disappointed

Located right on the corner of Olive Way and Denny Way. The location is the true meaning of the phrase «you can’t judge a book by its cover.» Once you walk inside you can see their display case full of beautifully crafted mods. I mean authentic high end mods for an affordable price? Definitely can’t beat that right? There are also beautiful artwork hanging on the walls by a local artist that adds even more character to this place!
Speaking of characters, the staff is full of it! Always a great time when I come in here. I can easily get lost in a conversation with the staff here. I don’t consider myself a novice when it comes to vaping and the staff doesn’t make me feel like one either. However, every single time I come in, there is always something new for my brain to soak in about mods, coils, and juice.
Definitely a joint to check out! Parking is a little scarce but their are neighborhoods and parking areas around the shop to park.

Nice shop, Ok prices for a B&M. Have some juice that is easier to buy than online.

I just gave u guys a 5 star review last night, I went in this morning because my vape has either a burnt wick or burnt coil, this is on THEIR vape I bought. The Asian kid wasn’t helpful at all. He looked extremely bored or stoned. The same kid never tried to determine what’s wrong with my Vape. he started going on his cell phone, he was not a good employee whatsoever. Then, he decided I needed a new tank. I was short $ 1 and he couldn’t sell me it, I figured since it was a beyond Vape brand Vape and I’ve only had it a week he’s help me out. But no. I’m never going back to Beyond vape

Love love love beyond vape! Stopped by to pick up some juices after a disappointing search for good e juices on the east side. Matt and Alex were there and helped out tons. I told them about how another vape store had scratched up my copper mod and Alex was more than accommodating, saying he could order parts to replace the scratched bits. They offered lots of good tips and advice on building coils and let us try tons of juices. If you can’t make it to the u district location, this place is just as good. They have a reward system and often will have discount specials going on. Definitely worth checking out!

Bought a product from this store, one of Beyond Vapes own vape products not another brand. In the 2 weeks I owned it. It only leaked and burned. Took it in and was treated like garbage. Alex made a big deal about how he bought me a replacement coil and how I should be grateful after the first two I was sold were duds. Made it work on his mod them made me out to be an inexperienced vaper, said there was no warranty and there was nothing they could do. I wrote this a lot nicer than I wanted to but long story short fuck beyond vape and their shitty products and Alex was an asshole. I used to love going to UDistrict beyond vape but after this I don’t know. No bad talk about UDistrict store. Everyone there has always been cool. But this was BS.

I’m on vacation in Seattle, was visiting from California. I stopped at this shop cuz of the Unilocal reviews and loved it cuz they exceeded my expectations. They went well beyond the customer service to help me find a juice and even kindly up sold me on a new vape. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area

Alex spent about 30 min determining my flavor profile and making excellent recommendations. No rush — he would have been happy to let me try everything in the store. Both guys there are super nice. Products are higher-​end than other local stores. Prices are a little higher, but you get high-​end customer service and great selection. Sorry to see the old coffee shop go but this is a neat store.
