Burger Madness – Seattle

Burger Madness is delicious.
Typically when I frequent a restaurant, I always order the same one or two things.
However at Burger Madness I can never decide because they have SO many good burgers.
The fries could use some work. They aren’t bad, but they aren’t anything to brag about either.
Some previous reviewers have been correct in saying it is a little dirty. It’s not usual to see a fly in there.
But the burgers are so good that it’s never been enough to bother me.

Huge burgers! Got the double stack because I love meat and I was in for a surprise. I was only able to finished half of it. Got the spicy one (forgot the name). Spice wasn’t too bad. Had a good kick (for me at least). Boyfriend got the double BBQ bacon and he had left overs too. The fries were nothing to write home about. Very typical. Server there was very nice to us. Will come back if shopping at Costco and craving burgers. Starbucks is right next door too, which is a plus for me.

This was pretty gross and overpriced. I got the «madness» which has to be one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever put in my mouth. It is a beef patty «stuffed» with nacho cheese, that gross stuff you put on nachos at 7 – 11. See pics.
The thing is totally unwieldy. One bite and scalding hot cheese sprayed all over the place, including my shirt. It left a puddle of disgusting goo. I only took a few bites and then had the shits 30 minutes later at Costco.
Well, the fries were crispy and good.

I read allot of bad reviews on the service here and to be honest I think it’s a load of crap. I work right down the street and frequent this place weekly. I have not once had anything but exceptional service. Reading these review I was always scared of the «burger nazi» I’d always see her back on the grill and was scared to even say hello. Recently she brought my food out to me and she was nothing but polite and nice. Please don’t believe the people taking crap about this places customer service. They are super nice every time I’ve eaten here and I’ve eaten here way more than I should. The food is fan-​fuckin-​tastic! Every burger and side that I’ve tried (and I’ve tried almost them all) is delicious, mouthwatering, and satisfying. Once I had the cat fish and it wasn’t the greatest but other then that the food is on point. They have gained a loyal customer not only from thier awesome food but from their great customer service and friendly attitude. Try this place if you’re ever in sodo! Trust me, you’ll be back!

I ordered the Fire Alarm with a Garden Patty. Phew, it was hot! They deep fry their garden patty, which may sound odd, but really makes a tasty veggie burger with a crunch. Yum!

I have ate here before and had a great experience.
Today I called in my order and 3 others ahead of time. Specifically said when the phone was answered and my turn to speak «I would like to make an order for pickup at one»
I get there at 1:05pm and said I was there for a pickup order at 1 and my name. I was greeted with «Oh we were wondering about you» I asked why because it was only a little after 1. She said «Oh. Did you say that making the order?» I said yes. She said didn’t hear that. I had said I hoped it all wasn’t cold — she patted the outside of the plastic bag twice, shrugged hers shoulders and handed me the bag. I shook my head and walked out with my food as it wasn’t just my order. Of course the food was cold.
Never will I call food in ahead of time there again. Dine in only. Sad because its so close to where I work too.

The food is all right, not delicious. That girl in the picture (of a review from like a year ago) still works there and is kind of rude and inaudible. The place feels kind of dirty and always has flies, and the blaring TVs don’t help the loudness factor. The food’s not worth the irritation. Also I think it’s a bit rich that the credit card machine automatically suggests a 15−20% tip and you have to click around a while in order to leave like $ 1 or something more appropriate for fast food.

Love these burgers! Love this staff. The food has been delicious for the multiple times I’ve visited. I will be returning. Enjoying more signature burgers and who knows, maybe even add an extra patty one day.

The burger is very grumet. They have nice combo and also you can order bottle of beer. Service is good, very friendly.

Burger Madness just has good burgers. It’s a burger «joint» in the truest sense of the description. Lots of varieties, lots of sauces for flavoring. Every one is made fresh when ordered so if they’re busy it could take a bit of time but it’s definitely worth the wait. Seating is plentiful and you can eat outside; on a nice day like today it’s a great feature. And the people who work there are nice and that’s saying something in this age of fast food places with workers who are clocking in and out with not much going on in between the beginning and end of their day.
Most importantly I give kudos to the owners. It’s a family business, I think. I’d eaten lunch there and left my sunglasses on the counter. Upon returning the gal at the counter vaguely remembered me but not in connection with the missing glasses. She immediately called her sister who was on duty at lunchtime. Yes, she remembered my clip-​ons but she had given them to another customer. They both were truly troubled with this. I left my number and within about two hours they called me with good news… FOUND! They’d been thrown out by the dumpster so they brought them in, cleaned them up and I picked them up today.
Burger Madness, YOU ROCK!!!

They are open when they feel like it. Very frustrating.
I’m able to get a burger here roughly 33% of the times I feel like having one. Servers are kinda shitty to customers as well. They’re on par with burger King as far as taste. Save your time and money, go to BK instead.

They rock! I want to live here. They were so nice about my service human. I ordered a 12 patties burger for my friend’s human. The fried mushrooms, zucchini, SoCal, veggie burger also rocks. They are so nice. I’m actually ok with going and eating than staying at home and licking my balls.

I dig the burgers here. I’m a fire alarm type of guy. I like how the fire alarm has fresh grilled jalapeño’s and not pickled ones.
I’ve never been disappointed with what I’ve ordered.
I’ve chatted with the owner before and he seemed to be interested in my feedback.
Which goes a long way for me.

This place has a burger called the Juicy Lucy. Most people know this as a burger with cheese in the patty. It’s totally that, but what I find interesting about it is how much it reminds me of In N Out burgers.
Its a great classic burger place that makes good quality burgers. They also carry Mac n jacks on tap so it you’re feeling like a good burger and beer at an affordable price… this is classic.

This burger joint is insanely delicious. I actually was on a business trip and in this industrial section of Seattle when I stumbled across this place stopping at Starbucks (next door) so I decided to come back for lunch. The people behind the counter were super friendly and nice… the inside is smaller, but there is plenty of places to sit if you don’t mind sharing a table with strangers (which I don’t). So, as a person that LOVES burgers — I was ecstatic to see their menu and all the different types of burgers they offer. They are unique in that they put the cheese INSIDE the middle of the burger… I had never had that before. I had the «Madness» and loved it… hearty patty, lots of toppings. It is messy since they put that cheese in the middle though so beware and have lots of napkins handy. I did the combo #1 and it comes with fries and a shake. The shakes were really good, and handmade. We also ordered the onion rings… because well, who doesn’t LOVE onion rings? They were REALLY good. They also have this special sauce (instead of ketchup) that is most excellent to dip your food in.
Coming back here my next trip and going to try the «Fire Alarm». Oh and if you are super hungry… not to worry they have this Burger Challenge where if you can eat a 5 stack (stacked patties) burger combo meal you get your picture on the wall!

Went there for the first time today, and got a ‘So-​cal’ but got Chicken instead of a patty (just had burgers last night) and it was really good! They also have delicious Tater-​tots that are crispy and delicious. Took only about 8 minutes to get my meal, and it was put together well.
I also appreciate how clean it was!
I’m definitely going back to try another :)

Not as good as i thought and the price is bit expensive for the size of the burger and fries combo. It smaller than a cheeseburger in mcdonalds. ¼pound is a lie.

Given another chance and a blown opportunity to set things right.
Was served a DISGUSTING burger. My girlfriend brought it back and asked for her money back. The guy at the register said no, and the lovely woman (featured in the photo) who made the burger told my girlfriend to go f*** herself!
So my girlfriend picked up the burger and threw it at her and we both walked out.
The guy at the register went off as we were leaving saying we were rude! He sent me a message on Unilocal which I have flagged:
«Carl C: What a sad piece of shit you are. I feel bad that you have to stick your shriveled dick in that girlfriend you have. She’s pretty wretched too.»
Why do these miserable people still have jobs?

Ordered the Madness burger, which is filled with cheese. They should have warned me, because when I grabbed the burger to take the first bite, molten cheese squirted out and onto my hand. I burnt my hand so much, i had to run to the ice machine dripping mess along the way. None of the staff noticed. I tried to get the cashiers attention, but he wouldn’t look away from his current customer to render first aid.
To their credit, it was delicious, once it cooled down.
Thank goodness I didn’t bite into that stuff, I’d have blisters on my tongue.

Before or after a busy day of shopping at Costco (across the street), you might want to stop at Burger Madness. The front counter (and staff) can feel a bit sterile, but the taste will blow you away.
Unlike a lot of places, everything on the menu here has a distinct taste; this is far from the type of burger place that thinks slapping on a different type of cheese qualifies as a different burger. The menu is large enough that you can find something you’ve never tried before, and it’ll probably be a safe bet.
Spicy means spicy here, so mild palates will want to go easy on the hot sauces.
