OK so this is a little out of the ordinary. I got a call from the manager during Christmas Eve afternoon, asking if our homeless program(Operation Nightwatch) could use the left over cinnamon rolls at the end of the night, when the mall closed at 6:00 p.m. They literally filled our van with boxes of unsold Cinnabons. Between 7:00 pm and midnight we distributed cinnamon rolls to homeless camps, shelters, and various other venues. At one location we were able to reheat the rolls and took care of 40 homeless people — hot cinnamon rolls on Christmas Eve. It was so awesome, something I will remember the rest of my life. I guess I appreciate a business that practices social responsibility — filling hungry people, not landfills. Thank you!

I would just love to start by saying that this place is amazing. Went to Northgate mall with the homie to chill for a while. After trying what he reccomended, i was like wth i will. I’m always down to try new foods etc. He suggested i try the«Caramel» Cinnabon and when i did, my taste buds blew up haha. out of control. It was amazing and how soft and delicious the cinnabon was. I’d reccomend this place but at the same time, don’t eat too much. Not good for you. Anyways it’s all on you. At your own risk. Peace.

Yum yum! I always go here when I stress out. Their cinnamon rolls are too good to blow off all the negative feelings.

Our go-to place for artery clogging cinnamon bun goodness. If you have eaten cinnamon buns/rolls/scrolls in another country, they are proooobably not comparable to the Cinnabon experience. Highly recommend, but maybe just as a treat from time to time. You know, once in a blue moon. I’ve found the staff to be very friendly and bubbly.

As I coded away at my desk one evening, I had an epiphany to go to eat a cinnamon roll. I left the project at a good stopping point and drove to this Cinnabon at the Northgate Mall. One younger, dark haired lady recommended the larger Cinnabon. Not seeing any heart doctors around, I asked that it be smothered with copious amounts of white frosting. I sat at the table by myself, like a true fat kid, and enjoyed big bites. Nummies. Actually, so nummy I went back and thanked them. The ladies were very nice and friendly, by the way. Cool experience. 4⁄5. Use napkins.

This is my kiddo’s favorite whenever we visit Northgate Mall — seriously that cinnamon scent is rather enticing! Bought some savory pastries from Piroshky Piroshky at the food court, glanced at the Hawaii’s Donut stand but no one manning the counter, so Cinnabon got my business instead. Granted the counter staff rarely ever look excited but the customer service gets the job done handing me over their signature product. Usually it’s either the monster one for under $ 5 or six minis for $ 10.99. Yeah, I could bake these from scratch also. But there’s something about rare and instant gratification when you take the first bite of a freshly baked, warm ‘pillow of heaven’ with that copious cinnamon goo and glaze. It’s all about timing and all the dozen or so visits, haven’t had a bad Cinnabon yet.

I was on my way out of the mall and it suddenly occurred to me that I would most certainly die tonight if I didn’t have a Cinnabon. I walked up and looked in the display case and there were 2 Cinnabons in the case. One was kind of sad and had probably seen it’s better days. The other was less sad and had more of that yummy, buttery, sugary decadence slathered across the top. Life’s experiences told me that it was a virtual certainty I would get the one that was kind of the Charlie Brown Christmas tree of pastries. A festive employee named Michelle came up and I explained my gonna die dilemma. She realized the severity of my situation. She looked around the case and said«I have the perfect one for you.» And she went back to the oven where another employee was icing a fresh batch right out of the oven. She brought a new pan up and scooped the biggest gooiest one into a box for me. I’m still kinda of weepy hours later, it was such an emotional moment. Bottom line: Great customer service. Awesome employee with a great personality. Yummy product. Put it all together and it’s a combo built for success.

Typical Cinnabon. There were two guys working at the stand when I visited. They both have accents so it was a little to understand them. They were being really pushy when I wanted a simple cinnabon roll. I already had dinner so I did not want anything else. The guy who got the cinnabon roll for me kept asking if I want other items before handing the roll to the cashier. Then the cashier kept pushing and asking me if I wanted to add something else to my order. I said no for like several times and almost walked away.

Indulging on a cinnabon is extremely rare for me. So rare, in fact that I would want to savor it with proper utensils. For a place whose bread and butter literally requires a fork and knife to eat, they could invest in better quality plastic utensils. Eating my cinnabon was so dissapointing with a fork that bends every time I use it. The knife shared the same dissapointing fate. Hated eating my cinnabon. Otherwise it’s yoru classic cinnabon.

I needed something sweet after dinner today. Cinnamon roll from Cinnabon fixed me right up. One was definitely enough for me. I also think that it’s overpriced. It was $ 4.04(with tax). It was good though.

Tasty yummy cinnamony goodness but overpriced. The smell beckons you from afar, reels you in… then you see the prices.

I like their cinnamon sticks with dip. I am very happy with it. Good service and affordable price to eat.
