This was the second job Brandon has done for us. We were very pleased with the results, he is very good at this.
Only problem was sawdust created by cuttng the boards inside without curtain. That being said, he cleaned it all up.

I hired Brandon at Citywide Floor Service to recondition the original fir hardwoods in my home. He did marginal quality of work at best but the bid was the lowest. The big gripe I have is he did shabby work in replacing some of the floor boards. He installed groove-​to-​groove on the boards which made them collapse within the first 3 weeks. He then promised to come in and fix the 3 – 4 areas that had badly collapsed and never did so. He pushed it out, lied and finally never returned calls. I guess this is why these operations never become insured. Pay a little more to find someone that can guarantee their work and stands by their craftsmanship. It would have been so easy for him to save his reputation in this case… sad.
