Clarks

This is a decently well-​stocked Clarks store and even on a weekday at opening, they had two employees on staff to help out folks that needed to be helped. I’ve always disliked waiting around for my size to be pulled — especially because I wear an odd size shoe and so many styles aren’t even going to be available in my size — but they have plenty of seating and are pretty good at juggling multiple customers without having to ask your size or style preference repeatedly.
Clarks, if you aren’t familiar, are ridiculously comfortable shoes that are reasonably stylish and very, very durable. If you’re looking for a shoe to be on your feet all day (say, walking around the mall,) stop in and take home a comfortable, stylish shoe. Narrows and wides available for men and women — be warned, there’s a better selection of uncommon sizes online and they only carry the «extra wide» or E width shoes online.

Clarks are the most comfortable, stylish, and durable shoes I have ever owned and the customer service at this location is awesome.
We were giving my boyfriend a mini-​makeover and decided to pop in here (I was trying to show him that stylish and comfortable can both exist in the same shoe). They were having a sale and were so patient as they grabbed shoe after shoe for us, despite being super busy. We eventually settled on four pairs of shoes, two we bought that day and two that had to be shipped to us. Somehow, the shipping order got screwed up, and I called them and WOW! The customer service was STELLAR. She overnighted us our shoes as they accidentally got sent back to them and was totally nice and helpful.
My boyfriend loves his shoes and talks about how comfortable they are. I get compliments on my heels which I wear often as they are very comfortable. I am not so sure I can ever wear another brand of shoes again. Well done, Southcenter Clarks. I am impressed!

I absolutely love the Clark’s brand. They are super comfy and sylish. The staff is always helpful and ready to help. This is one of those stores I could easily bankrupt myself in!

Nice clean higher-​end shoe hole in the mall. No problems just browsing around, checking out this new addition in the remodel. Good amount of nice choices, from business casual to formal and related.
The uniquely styled lady that helped me (Diana/​Diane) was really friendly and with her compliments on how the shoes I tried on looked good on me. I was even more surprised when they were size 12’s and fit perfectly (I’ve worn 12.5 for the longest time). Per manufacturer, per brand… depends I guess.
While she did encourage me to buy the 3-​for-​$ 15 socks (which I got), she also mentioned free replacement for holes! Sweet. Fairly certain. And also a punch-​hole, discount card.
