Good food. The Cobb Omelette was great. Just a little bit slow on the service side… But it was a good relaxing time.

We ended up here after being told we would have to wait one hour and 20 minutes at the Cheesecake Factory for a table. We were seated right away and the wait staff were attentive. The popcorn shrimp appetizer is delicious and we had the burger and the chicken parmigiana. The portions are huge and well worth the price. The kids menu was great too!

Breakfast, sure… if you are down for a $$$$ feast. However, lately they have let go of this exception. It seems a tradition to go there, but I’m not sure what that reason is or was? 2-2-2016 Upon receiving contact with the management team concerned with my review I realized I was remiss in mentioning the positive aspects I have experienced, therefore I would like to add that the servers are always great. Thanksgiving dinner was amazing, and they even had some of the chefs proudly in and out standing behind their beautiful turkeys. You could see the pride. I could have ate more there than any other home thanksgiving meal, but I would not have had a couch to rest off the overload. What felt wrong was a change in what felt slower and somewhat a tension between the front and back of the house. I guess it was just an off vibe. I will eat here again, when I can spend the $$$$, but just wonder if it’s a place I would pick because I know it’s going to always be consistently great. I have changed my rating to a three as I feel fairness should be my motive in being a «yelper». Thanks to the management team for your commitment to always strive to improve!

This restaurant was in our hotel. We came here to eat before our meeting started,. It was noon so a lot of people were dining there. It took our waitress awhile to take our order, bring our food, and give us our tab. When I asked her if she can give us our tab after she served our food, the 3 of us thought she was being a bit rude. We were just trying to make our meeting on time. since it took 30 minutes for our food to come out, we were worried we wouldn’t make it to our meeting. We allocated 1 hour for lunch, but maybe we should’ve gone somewhere else for quicker service. She ended up giving us the wrong receipt afterwards, but it’s okay. Food was decent though. All three of us ordered the half sandwich and half salad/soup option. I had the chicken chipotle wrap which I enjoyed and my mixed green salad was good. My other co workers like their food as well, except one of my co workers did not like the mixed green salad. Food is decent, just wish the service was faster and nicer.

Came here on a whim while walking down the street and had a very nice meal. The pesto penne was delicious and a huge portion. My husband got the chicken meatballs and angel hair pasta and he loved it. Our friend who is gluten free got the appetizer Mediterranean chicken lettuce cups and was very happy with them. Food was all nice and hot when we got it, and our server was pretty great at keeping our drinks full. For dessert our gluten free friend got the ricotta cheesecake and couldn’t say enough good things about how it tasted. Overall, I would eat there again gladly.

Finally a restaurant with crab cakes that have a nice amount of crab in them! The seared tuna was also a winner! Wait staff was pretty good — my drink was refilled whenever it got to about half empty. The manager Jonny introduced himself and made a point to check on our table to make sure everything was going well two times. I was hesitant to eat at a restaurant attached to a hotel on NYE, but it went so well that I will make a point to stop by again the next time I make it to Seattle. If the service was this great when it was busy, I imagine it would be even better on a regular day and can’t wait to find out! Thank you Daily Grill! You helped start my new year off the right way.

Poor service, slow food orders, and that resulted in lukewarm food; the drinks are also fairly weak. The food was pretty good, not fantastic, but good. The staff seemed friendly, just incompetent. All and all it would be a fine place… at half the price.

Eh… When we walked up, we were told there was about a 25 min wait. Not a huge deal, so we shuffled off into the lounge area to await our table. About 5 min in, we realized the hostess never took down our name. Upon going back to there, we were handed an little electronic buzzer thing to announce our table’s readiness. Our server wasn’t super attentive with drinks. We has to ask for more water and my refill of my diet coke didn’t come out until he brought out the boxes to pack up our leftovers. The girl who brought the food to our table forgot my MIL’s soup she ordered, leaving her with nothing but a baked potato, then asked if we has everything we needed. Also, our server asked if we would like to see the dessert menu to which we replied no, then returned in 5 min to show us the dessert menu and said«Sorry, I don’t remember if you wanted to see these or not…» Not the best experience service wise. The food was OK, but nothing spectacular. My chicken was slightly dry, some of the grilled veggies were burnt. There was good seasoning on the food and my SO seems to have enjoyed his lamb shank. I’d try them again since most of my gripes were with the service we received. Maybe next time my chicken wont be burnt :)

I have visited this restaurant many times in the last several years as I love their Chicken Pot Pie. It started going downhill last year with regards to service but I still visited because of the Pot Pie. However I heard they went under new management recently and I can tell you it’s a complete 180!!! I was there on Christmas with my family. The restaurant was very busy but the entire staff was very attentive and courteous!!! The restaurant has much better service and I think the food is tasting better now. I will be coming back a lot more often now!!!

It’s a real challenge to find an open restaurant at the Christmas Day. We found only this one, waited in line for 1,5 and after that we waited for 45 more minutes to get our food ready. And after that I couldn’t eat that chicken and pasta they made for me. Chicken was burned and pasta overcooked. Very disappointed

We had six for dinner last night. This was an average meal. We picked this restaurant because it is located just a block from ACT; we were going to a play that evening. We ordered a charcuterie plate. It was the most skimpy plate I have every seen served. A little meat, but lots of mustard. A bit of am imbalance. The Prosecco I ordered was too yeasty and over priced. The red blend was fine and fairly priced. The wine list had plenty of variety and was fairly priced, for the most part. The chicken caprese was a nice piece of grilled chicken. The pork chop was also prepared very well. The chicken pot pie was huge, but very flavorful. Both dishes were done very well. The encrusted filet had good meat, but what was supposed to be encrusted was simply place on the meat. My blackened ahi was really bronzed; the spice was not on the fish, it was in the dressing for the salad. The salad dressing had a great flavor, but there was too much of it. Greens swimming in dressing is never good. The big complaint here is it inconsistency. Some good dishes and some ordinary dishes. We spent too much money for dishes of varying quality. The service was good, but hurried. Unfortunately, they had no champagne flutes for the Prosecco. I think we will explore other options the next time we are in the area.

Excellent service(Hiba) and the best salad dressing that I have had in recent history. (I’m confused with the other reviews. Did we eat at the same place?) I concede, reviewing a restaurant connected to a Sheraton is odd. But I HAVE to due to our experience. My sister had a conference in Seattle and I was staying with her for a night, which was why we were at the Sheraton. We wanted to meet up with our cousin who lives in Seattle AFTER getting off the Victoria Clipper at 9:30 p.m. — this was the best option. Hiba was a delight. Sweet, playful, helpful and *quick*. EVERYTHING one could hope for in a server. Although she recommended really tasty food the best rec was for the Spicy Mango Margarita(her favorite). Not too sweet, a good spice kick and the perfect ingredient ratios. When I’m on the West Coast(especially Seattle/Vancouver) I order a ton of fish because it’s usually better than the East Coast. So, it was an ahi tuna meal for me. The sesame encrusted Ahi Tuna Sashimi appetizer was SOBOMB. Try it… The fried spinach and pickled cucumber made the dish. The three of us stopped talking when we ate this… you don’t know us, but if you did, you would realize that is like a mic drop. But the BEST part of the meal was the Blackened Ahi Tuna Salad… specifically the DRESSING. o.m.f.g. The menu states«asian style vinaigrette» but it was more like a cracked out pour that all over my body and lick it off vinaigrette(we had ordered it on the side). Oh, the fish was quite tasty too. I just could not believe that we had that experience 1) in a restaurant within The Sheraton, 2) that was named«Daily Grill».

For the environment that I am I truly found this place disappointing. Starting with service — the service was very knowledgeable, but with the elegance of the location I find the server did not meet standards. Very courteous as well but did not seem attentive. The atmosphere seemed manageable. The staff at the time was well kept. Possibly because they are in a downtown location so profitability is not a concern so the attempt to strive for above stabdard service was not an importance. This is a branch off of the Sheraton hotel as well so the standard may not be as high as other locations here either. That being said, the food is what speak for most of my rating but because of the class of the restaurant. The service did not meet me standards. Filet Mignon with a Bleu Cheese Herb Crust… the meat was really tender I felt for a medium rare it was a little over cooked. I felt the steak was more towards the medium well end by the time I received it. The sauce and Bleu Cheese really over powered the flavor of the steak. I was unable to taste the actual meat. Next in line was the grilled asparagus. I took a photo of it and as you can tell presentation wise it is not the best because the outside was nearly completely burnt. Though it was very flavor and tender. I would definitely come back for that as an appetizer. Red skin mash was the only item that I felt giving a hand too because the skin was in chunks which helped holding the mash together and gave an earthy flavor. And the seasoning had a garlic powder taste to it which I would personally recommend. With all the items added together on one plate I don’t feel the flavor was balanced very well. The saltiness was completely over bearing. Would I recommend this place? Maybe if I was staying at the Sheraton and there were no other options… based on this entrée experience I take it back… I feel that server felt that we a group of «young’ins» that didn’t know the tipping system therefore a remotely satisfactory service is not even needed…

This was attached to my hotel. I ate breakfast here twice, both times the buffet with a made-to-order omelette. Buffet was kinda sparse, but enjoyed the cold smoked salmon(the item that brought me back the second time). The omelettes were huge, ginormous even, but severely under seasoned. I hate adding salt to my eggs after they have been cooked! I would come back, as a convenient place for a fast breakfast, but the prices are a bit steep and they need to work on seasoning the food better.

Discourteous hostess. Called in to-go order, I had difficulty ordering without the hostess cutting me off, and attempting to close out order before I was ACTUALLY done ordering. I asked her if she could please give me a second, as I had more to order. Calamari app was super tiny portion. Very overpriced appetizer considering the portion size & fact that it was over fried. No thanks.

I was pretty disappointed with this visit. I went one other time and the service and food were both great but this time they seemed to be really off. We walked in and were informed there would be a 15 minute wait despite the fact there very few tables were full. I suspect that they were probably short staffed and didn’t want to over-fill server sections. We opted for a seat at the bar. Service was okay but not very attentive. We ordered calamari and were ready to place the entire order but the bartender had already walked away to place our order for calamari. It was another 15 minutes or so by the time she came back to take our full orders. The calamari was not impressive. They were heavily battered and fried leading to a very crunchy shell. The calamari was overcooked as it was tough and rubbery. Later the soup came out, which was a New England(tomato based) clam chowder that was awful. I thought it was actually the chicken and vegetable soup and informed the bartender she brought us the wrong soup. She said it was the clam Chowder but just tomato based. I really could not believe it was chowder as it was just a watered down broth with the strangest pieces of clam and veggies floating in it. I had this once before and I’m positive it looked and tasted nothing like what was brought to us. Another server insisted that was the normal prep for that soup. It was so strange and as the bartender delivered our soup it must have sloshed around in the bowl because the rim was a mess. Talk about unappetizing plating! The entrée was good with the exception of the apsaras I which was incredibly overcooked(burnt actually) and very tough. We tried a few bites but gave up. I also ordered asparagus last time too and they were nothing like that! I was really disappointed in the overall dining experience and particularly because i picked it for my husband’s bday thinking it was an affordable place with good service, food, and ambiance in the city. Too bad. Won’t be back.

Wow! This place has an old feel to it, but with a modern design even though it has nice dark wood furnishings with wide open spaces throughout. I really liked how they setup the waiting area with big comfy chairs and even a fireplace to give it a more homey feeling. We came here to meet up with some friends and was surprised to see that it wasn’t busy at all during dinner service even though this restaurant sits right in the middle of downtown. It made me wonder about what could be wrong with the place. I ordered the meatloaf which is usually something I hanker for since I don’t have it very often and is one of my favorite comfort foods. The meatloaf itself wasn’t a very large serving, but with the two included side items it made for a nice decent meal. The meatloaf was delicious with the bordelaise sauce on top which made it one of the best tasting meatloaf I have ever had. The sides of red mashed potatoes and grilled veggies were also very well done. The prices here tend to be bit higher since you’re dining in downtown and the service was good even though it was a bit strange to have two different servers for our small table. I really enjoyed my first time dining here and wouldn’t mind coming again even though I dread finding parking in downtown.

$ 25 all you can eat breakfast I had a really great server and although the all you can eat was fairly run of the mill, what was unique about this breakfast was that the custom omelettes and waffles could be ordered from your server at the table, so you don’t have to wait in line at the buffet. The coffee was great and the omelette and waffles(ask for whipped and strawberries) left me very satisfied!!! The ambiance is cute too. Our breakfast had classic 40s type music and old Hollywood era stars gracing the walls.
