When it comes to property management, or any professional service really, the first thing that I look for, and deeply appreciate, is responsiveness. David always responds to my inquiry within an hour or two. I realize that people are busy and as long as I get a reply within 24 hours, I am happy. But not all businesses or service providers I contact always respond promptly. More and more frequently I am told: due to high volume or this is a busy time of year, please be patient and give us 72 hours. The window period is getting longer, from 24 to 72. And still, many don’t call back. When they don’t respond, I take my business elsewhere. I am glad that people are doing well, and they probably won’t mind having one less customer.
David not only stands out for his responsiveness, his communication skills, conscientiousness and attention to detail are truly impressive. I choose to work with David because I know he will take care of my property as his own. And he has. He provides frequent updates, communicates with the tenants on my behalf, and contacts reliable trade professionals for estimates whenever maintenance or improvement is necessary. He enjoys what he does and he does it well. Frankly, I want to know how he and his team stay on top of everything. I am most pleased with their professionalism. The idea of income property is nice, but it can also be anxiety inducing. David is knowledgeable. He understands the market well.
