I was impressed with Neighborhood Garage Door Service and their ability to respond to our broken spring problem immediately. I had tried a few other companies and was told it would be 2 – 3 days before they could respond. Tyler H. the technician who responded was prompt, courteous and a master at his trade. Neighborhood Garage Door Services is very lucky to have Tyler as a representative of their company. His professionalism and attention to detail is to be commended. After the job was complete he returned to his truck and saw me on a ladder in my garage getting ready to change a light bulb on my other unit. Tyler got out of his truck, returned and changed the bulbs for me. Customer service at its Best!
