Am getting spoiled drinking so many IPAs… dry hopped offering here solid. Neighborhood hang perfect for late afternoon biz meet. Would like to get back for food as those taking in early dinner seemed to have large smiles

I’ve been here a few times since the first, and it never disappoints! Everything I’ve ordered has been fresh-tasting and crafted with care. Even at 10 at night, the service is always friendly and the food is always delicious. Definitely a place I will continue to visit.

Lamb meatballs was delicious as a meal in itself. Fun atmosphere, sat up in the back with my work friends and was very enjoyable. Fries are fantastic!

We have lived near the Alaska Junction for nearly 4 years, and since the first week we’ve lived here, we’ve been regulars at Elliot Bay. The service is consistently good, they have enough of a selection of beers and wine to keep us both happy, and the food has always(until recently) been reliable(not the BEST food you can find in West Seattle, but definitely on the upper end of bar food). My only two complaints: 1. The new host(as of the last 6 months or so) is very often confused/unreliable. He likes striking up conversations with walk-ins, and will seat them before consulting his list of people waiting. 2. The burgers were ALWAYS the very best thing at Elliot Bay. I don’t know if they got a new chef or have changed how they cook the burgers, but my «medium rare» has now(3 times in a row) been overcooked and even a bit burnt. I don’t order burgers here anymore for that reason, which also means we come for food less often.

I was up in my hometown to visit over the holidays and zipped to Seattle to visit my little broham. He and his wifey live in West Seattle and told us we should grab lunch at the Elliot Bay Brewery & Pub. Upon first walking in, I saw a simple gastropub. We checked out the menus and placed our orders– I opted for the tempura beer batter fish and chips. O-M-G-FOODGASM!!! This was BYFAR the best fish and chips I have EVER had. I have been craving them since that day, but unfortunately, living 1,500 miles away this is not geographically desirable. If I lived locally, I am confident I would develop a serious weight problem indulging in these heavenly fish and chips. BEST. EVERRRR. All I know is this will be adding a stop to Ebay Brew on every trip home in the future… nom nom nom!

This is one of those joints that I’m glad is nearby in the Junction. I’m not a big fan of their beer offerings, but I do like the food and the atmosphere. The fish and chips is ridiculously large– good beer batter ½ pound of cod and I like the fact they don’t put too many chips on the plate– just enough… yes, you read that right, I’m glad the fish takes precedence. I mean it’s fish and chips, not chips and fish… amirite!!! Huzzah! The atmosphere is great love all the natural light from the second story Windows and the upstairs is great. A nice little loft fit for work linch meetings and larger parties. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The beer isn’t my jam, but I know a lot of people like it– how do I know? The bar is typically full most times during day and night and I’ve heard they have some growler specials– but not sure when that is. Great for lunch or dining– AND you can bring your kids which is a huge plus.

This is our favorite place. Great food, great beer and wonderful staff. They always have a selection of seasonal beer and the old standbys. Great place to sit and have a beer or take the kids to lunch.

The no doubt stout is in my top five of favorite stouts. It has a good atmosphere and good burgers. Great place to watch a game and grab a brew

Looking for a burger and tv’s for the game? Check out Elliott Bay! I don’t often get their beers from their giant list on draft but I do enjoy the option of more than one cider on draft. Their wines aren’t too bad either, but they specialize in growlers to go and many craft beer options. Their sweet potato fries and caesar salad are great side options!

I was in West Seattle, so I stopped in for dinner. It was quite busy when I arrived on a Saturday evening, but I didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes to get a table. The servers were very polite, pleasant and efficient. The food was excellent. I had the fish and chips, which might just be the best one I’ve had since moving to Seattle from NY. The pieces of fish were much larger than usually found in the area, and the batter was nicely seasoned. Cooked perfectly, and not oily at all. The coleslaw was made with a bit of cilantro in it, which made it quite delicious. I’m taking a tip from them and putting cilantro in my coleslaw whenever I make it from now on. And it arrived only a few minutes after ordering. The beer was great. I had the fresh hop IPA, which was very flavorful, and had a nice hop aroma.

We came here on Mother’s Day and the staff was nice and friendly. Which was great, the food is sort of typical American. I just remember the top area being freezing. Other than that, nothing memorable.

This is a great spot for families right in the Junction with the comfortable booths and louder atmosphere that can easily disguise whining and crying. We love the burgers(really enjoyed the blue beet one and California avenue), sandwiches(ie. cheesesteak), fish and chips, and variety of the menu. Little people and adults always leave happy. Also the fact that it’s right across from Bakery Nouveau doesn’t hurt for a nice sweet item after dinner.

A friend suggested this place after realizing that West Seattle is(sort of) a good halfway place between her home in Ballard & mine in South Beacon Hill. It ended up being a really good choice. It was a Saturday evening so it was somewhat busy, but we were able to grab a seat at the long table in the bar right away. I’m not sure how long of a wait it would have been to be seated at a table, but we didn’t really need that. Plus, the bar table had hooks underneath for our purses — that’s one of my favorite things. Easily impressed, I know. The menu had a ton of things on it that sounded delicious, but I was in the mood for fries so I went with the«plain Jane» burger with a veggie patty. You could tell the veggie burger was actually made out of vegetables, and the whole burger was delicious. That said, I declined their«special sauce,» opting for good old ketchup & mustard instead. The fries were seasoned and delicious. I also had one of their beers, but unfortunately I forget the name of it. It was something on the lighter side, and I definitely enjoyed it. My friend ordered the Goat Cheese Arugula Salad. The cheese actually comes fried into little patties, which I tried and enjoyed. It seemed like a pretty big salad, too — tons of arugula, beets, and cheese. We were really not hungry anymore after our beers and dinner, but when we saw«snickerdoodle sandwich» written on the board behind the bar, we had to try it. We split it and it was definitely enough for two people: two snickerdoodle cookies made into a sandwich with(what seemed to be) cookies & cream ice cream in the middle and whipped cream on top. SO good. I definitely plan on spending more time in West Seattle now that I’m closer to it, & this is certainly a place I’ll come again!

Elliot Bay is great for burgers. If you enjoy a manly burger this is the place to go. My burger was delicious. Very juicy and definitely a portion you’ll be full from. On the other hand my girlfriends burger was delicious but a bit dry. Their fries are amazing. Great place.

The bread that they use for their burgers and sandwiches is to die for! Don’t let the large bar area fool you, they put as much effort into the food as they do into their drink selection. I brought a friend who came into town for an extended layover to this restaurant. It was our first visit so I wasn’t sure what to expect. They have an eclectic menu of sandwiches, burgers, salads, etc all around 10 $. I ended up ordering the pulled pork sandwich which comes decorated with a heaping pile of tasty shoestring fries. Their in house bbq sauce is delicious, and is on the sweet side. Warning to the wise for all you spicy bbq sauce lovers! But the pork was tender and basically melted in your mouth. I also don’t know what they do to their buns, it may or may not be honeyed, but my oh my they are out of this world. Will go back again for happy hour!

After a lazy Saturday morning of just driving up the south sound coast we were looking for a new lunch place with good brews. We couldn’t have found a better spot. Elliott Bay Brewery has fantastic food, drinks, and a cozy bar or dining rooms perfect for anyone. The food: burgers are amazing. You have the choice of getting either beef, chicken or a mushroom top for any of your choices– all three are locally sourced Washington products. Regardless of which burger you go with, ask for a sample of the no doubt stout barbecue sauce to go along with the sandwich or the fries. One of the best beer ingredient sauces I’ve ever had, and I’m not really a big sauce or dressing person. Beers: I was a fan of both the stout and the porter(one of the stouts was on cask special and served warm, which was astoundingly good!). Girlfriend loved the pale ale, but then we also samples the Burien Anniversary ESB which was easily the best ESB I’ve ever had. Apparently I need to explore California Ave and all of West Seattle a bit more, but I’ll also be tempted to just come back here…
