Elliott Pointe Apartments

Elliott Pointe is a great place to live! It’s 2 blocks from Pike Place, just across the Bell St. Bridge from the waterfront, and an easy walk to downtown, Seattle Center, and all the shops and restaurants of Belltown. Unlike most of Belltown, Elliott Ave is full of apartments and offices and is nice and quiet in the evenings (but plan on a good bit of traffic noise during rush hour from all the cars waiting to get on the Viaduct). It’s older than many of the apartment buildings in the neighborhood, and seemed a little more affordable than the neighboring buildings, but it’s very well maintained by a staff that clearly take pride and care in their work.
Speaking of the staff, Paul the office manager and Beki the head of maintenance are both phenomenal. They are courteous, respectful, and incredibly responsive to maintenance requests (repairs were always made the same day I requested them!) I have never lived anywhere were it was so easy to have minor concerns addressed. They also communicated well when there would be work on the building that might impact residents.
Our family only lived here for a year, because we wanted to get closer to an elementary school for our daughter, but it was a really great year and I’d highly recommend the building to anyone looking for a happy, peaceful home with all the advantages and conveniences of living practically downtown.

My wife and I stayed at Elliott Pointe for 3 months while she was on a travel nursing assignment. The manager Paul was beyond helpful and made our stay feel very welcome! He was very responsive to maintenance requests (everything was responded to the same day) and he even kind enough to let us use the printer and fax inside his office multiple times. The location was fantastic! Pikes Place, the waterfront, and Belltown are all 1 block away! It really couldnt have been better for the price. We felt very safe and never saw anyone hanging around that shouldn’t be there. Some features we enjoyed using were the pool, hot tub, gym (small but private), coffee made fresh every morning, and the two outdoor gas grills.
The only weakness of the location was the 99 freeway is directly next to the building. At rush hour it can be pretty loud outside. But then again that was also a strength because getting on the freeway was always a breeze! Overall this place is highly recommended for those who like to be in the middle of it all!
In response to the review made on 12÷21÷12. The apartment is not a huge complex so it has a small staff including maintenance but I saw them around every single day cleaning, fixing, and maintaining the pool. The fitness room is small but never smelled bad when I used it. Then again who knows who was in there before you when you used it. The masking tape on ONE little stairwell sign is hardly anything to complain about. I saw it and thought it was silly but not distracting from the overall appeal of the complex. Good maintenance, a good price, nice units, safety and friendly staff are more important than an older maintenance man and two pieces of masking tape! :-)
