The owner (Cory) came out to my hotel and was able to identify several problems in my XPS 13.
No bull cr*p and fixed the errors in no time at all. Well worth the money, considering he came to my place!

So, just called their dispatch number (assuming these are called forwarded to individual cell phones) and the man on the other line was trite, rude and at the end said «well, I don’t like working on Macs, so I won’t be doing this repair» and that was that. No help. No negotiation. This is a horrible business model.
Adding to the review… After I posted this to Unilocal,the man called my cell phone back to discuss the review. Saying «that is not what I said, I record all my calls» but he just happened to NOT record this one. Then when I said «how dare you talk this way to a customer and call me back to argue with me about how you made me feel» he said «you are NOT a paying customer» and at the end of the call he shouted me «KISS MY ASS.» I have worked in customer service my whole life and this is most unprofessional interaction I have EVER had from a company.
