I have been to see Dr. Craddock twice and have also taken my children to see her. Every visit has been excellent! The office staff are kind, knowledgable and easy to talk to. I like all the new gadgets and not having to deal with dilation. They have a good selection of glasses and offered suggestions without making me feel rushed in making a decision. I will definitely recommend this office to all my friends.

Great experience for squeezing in a new patient exam before the end of the year. Dr. Leslie was fast, fun, and expertly informative. And cute! This place is heavy on gadgets, but I really liked it. I tried the no dilation scan for $ 35, and it was well worth it to me. Best eye exam ever.

My wife and I had our eye exams here. She had an exam, I had an exam, she had contacts, and I had glasses.
Eyes on the City submitted our insurance incorrectly such that her information was submitted with my name as the patient for both the exam and contacts. If that wasn’t bad enough, the corrected claims also now appear to have been submitted incorrectly. This has been a huge headache and I fail to understand how you could submit information to insurance with the wrong patient name.

My wife had an eye exam here and highly recommended Dr. Craddock. I can see why. I went yesterday and was blown away by the friendliness, efficiency and professionalism of the entire staff. The equipment was cutting-​edge and the exam was quick and painless. Dr. Craddock was really nice and thorough in going over the results of my eye exam and I felt like I got truly objective advice about my eyes as opposed to some eye doctors who immediately try to sell you something after the exam. I would highly recommend Eyes on the City for an eye exam and overall eye care!

I had a great experience! I felt listened to AND heard. I left with better vision and immediately noticed my headaches lessening! Wow! I was obviously not seeing the correct optometrist before coming to Dr. Hanson. The optician also showed me much attentiveness, listening to all my likes and preferences. He picked the perfect pair of frames for my glasses. Thank you!

Loved my experience with Eyes on the City. I used to go to a Davis Optical in Issaquah, however, since I’ve moved to Seattle and had a few bad experiences with D.O., I decided to take the plunge and try something new. I loved the care and attention the staff provides and the welcoming atmosphere. The change also included some updated equipment that I had never seen before or knew existed. Dr. Craddock was very knowledgeable of my eye conditions and knew right away what would be a good fit. It was as if I had been going to her for years and it was only my first time. I’ll definitely be going back!

Really awesome staff and experience. Wires got crossed when I booked my appointment a few weeks ago. Although my info was in the system, I wasn’t on the calendar. But they made it work and got me in anyways. Really solid experience and I’ll be coming back for my annual checkups and contacts.

Decent! Clean, nice, etc. Optometrist assistant was Drew… Awful. Very callous, not a smile, and shooed me after readjusting my glasses. Wouldn’t mind coming back; just would never work with Drew.

I found Eyes in the City a very positive experience. Setting an appointment was easy to do online and a reply from email was very prompt. The examination was on time and the doctor was friendly and professional. Staff were equally as helpful and pleasant. All my questions were answered.

I must have caught Drew on a bad day because when I went back to drop off my glasses, he was much warmer and courteous. It’s amazing how much of a difference it made my experience (i.e. wayyyy better). Best place in town to get glasses and they play awesome music!

A couple of friends recommended this shop. I wanted something close by that accepted my insurance. Head’s up: they book out weeks in advance. A good sign that they are worth waiting for. The front desk staff is professional and patient. Jessamyn and (I believe) Tom were both fabulous to work with. Jessamyn was very systematic in helping me pick new frames for my face and thoughtful when I asked her honest opinion. I love the ProDesign frames we selected together.
Dr. Craddock is the coolest doctor around. She is warm, friendly and very personable. I totally dig her style. The shop is modern, clean and inviting.
I recommend Eyes On the City completely and without reservation. Every interaction with them has been pleasant and professional. Support local small businesses!

Dr Craddock is great. I woke up with an extremely red eye and called to see if Dr. Craddock could check it out. Her staff told me to stop by any time; Dr. Craddock saw me, diagnosed the issue, gave me some sample drops and a new contact, and didn’t charge me for the brief exam. What a dream.
However, during my normal visit it took 95 plus minutes for a routine annual exam. I received no communication that the doctor was running behind and I had to wait over a half hour between getting dilated and the doctor checking my retina. This was not Dr. Craddock but a more junior optometrist, so maybe she was just not equipped to handle a busy day.

After my optometrist of 15 years moved to NYC, I needed a new doctor in the Seattle area. After scouring Unilocal,I decided to check out Eyes on the City. I am so, so glad I did.
The front staff is friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Craddock is one of the best doctors around. She is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly personable, and truly wants what is best for her clients.
I had been experiencing some issues with my contacts and not only did she spot the problem immediately, she worked with me throughout the contact process to ensure the final product was best for my eyes.
I highly recommend Eyes on the City!
