I received azalea plant from them that was horrible. When they delivered it, the leaves were wilty pruny looking. It did not have many blossoms and I could tell those blossoms would not open more. The plant was clearly dying. Every tuime I moved it, leaves fell. I told the person who sent it to me from Yakima. She immediately called the shop there that she ordered it from. They must work with other shops to get things delivered. Just-4-U called then and they did apologize and said they would send me a new one tomorrow. Tomorrow? Not the fastest response to make a customer happy, but okay. The lady who delivered said she was«exchanging» and wanted the bad plant first. I got it for her and she said, «wow, I wonder what made it do this?» By the time they brought the new plant, the one they delivered looked like a corsage that had a blossom but doesn’t continue to open since it is cut and is just hanging limp on the stem. The leaves were drying out and falling off. This was in course of 4 days, so I informed her that the plant looked bad when it arrived. The plant she delivered as a replacement was lovely and still is. If they had delivered a plant that looked like that in the first place there is no way it would deteriorate that fast because I neglected it. It never looked that good and I couldn’t believe they were not embarrassed to have delivered it. When they called to say they would replace it, the person on the phone said sometimes the roots are bad and they don’t see that when it goes out. I ‘m no florist but I could see I received a dying plant when my son brought it to me from the front door and lay recouperating from surgery. Nice. Too bad I can’t see a way to post the pictures on here of both plants I received.
