Coffee is good. Service is bad. Taxes are included in menu prices. You need an Amazon badge to go inside but there’s a window to order from the outside.

The coffee is great, but if you a civilian and not a part of the Amazon crew, you run the risk of having a door slammed on your face when you try to come in to order. You get to order in the cold from the window. Whatever I guess. I just wish that businesses would open for everyone. New Seattle blues.

Kind and friendly staff who get drinks ready quickly. Very convenient location and they even have a walk up window.
Make sure to get the drink card; after 10 drinks you get 1 free.
I usually get the iced Americano and it’s a very smooth iced coffee drink.
They also carry a small fridge with some goodies such as Ellenos Greek yogurt. Try the yogurt; its some of the best I’ve ever had.
