Can’t lie. I enjoy this place for the simple reason of convenience. Here you’ll find the beautifully grotesque denizen’s of rat city and neighboring sewer systems kicking back and making crack… Sales. Ooh and the drinks are cheap.

Great hole in the wall place in West Seattle. I dropped by here to get some some drinks with one of my good friends for her birthday and the vibe was great. Drinks are fairly cheaper and the bartenders were just amazing. I heard they used to have like a taco tuesday night but that went away. I’m kinda curious on when that’s going to happen because I want to go!

I’ve been here once but I enjoyed myself during that visit. Decent HH prices with $ 2.50 well drinks plus they have decent pizza and burgers for when hunger hits. And it always hits, doesn’t it? The staff was nice and friendly plus the bartender kept giving me fresh pint glasses of ice water with lime each time I ran low. Don’t judge a book by its cover, stop in for a drink if you’re thirsty and relax

This is the kind of bar I can take my mom to and the jukebox will play cuts special for her and I. It’s cross generational. The servers are awesome. Carmelita is the best. I like it, they serve little pizzas and cheap beer.

Went back here on a Friday night to graba game of pool(around 9pm) and enjoy a drink. Still a great place, and it smelled fine… just like that bartender… mmmm.

I like my dive bars. But this really isn’t one. It’s also not a hip new place to go to in the Georgetown area. It was just an all around odd bar. The crowd felt a bit more ‘urban’ that I expected. And the waitstaff were surlier that I expected. I overheard the bargal say to her customer, ‘Wow. A $ 50 bartab and no tip??’ I dunno, it just rubbed me wrong. There’s plenty more drinking establishments in the area with respectful staff.

To be fair, I’m a big fan of dive bars, but the old Copper Door was just a little too run down and dirty for me. I was pretty happy to see it had been reincarnated as the Industry Lounge and was now home to All-You-Can-Eat Tacos every Tuesday. I have to admit it’s been a long time since I’ve had a non-authentic, American hardshell taco. Chasing down with a couple of PBR’s was blue collar perfection in a blue collar neighborhood. The Industry Lounge is a pretty standard dive bar; a few tables with steel-framed cafeteria chairs, an internet jukebox, a few decent beers on tap, and a lone bartender struggling to keep up between bar and kitchen duties.

A few weeks ago my husband told me one of his coworkers was having a going away party here. Honestly, I was less than enthused. I had been by this place numerous times and it looked like a total dive. Not the kind of place you could get a good drink, not even a good beer. But I went because marriage is all about compromise right? How wrong I was. This place isn’t bad at all, I had a pretty good time. They have a full bar and a menu of specialty drinks. There was Manny’s on tap and maybe a Rouge beer, along with PBR and Bud Light. If nothing on tap looks good to you they also have fairly good selection of bottles. While I was checking out the bottles I noticed they had jello shots for $ 2. That’s something I don’t think I’ve ever seen at a bar before. Oh, and our bartender was really great. The drinks came quickly and he chatted with us a bit. Don’t expect great ambiance here. Like I said, it’s kind of a dive. Also, you might have to listen to some bad karaōke(I heard a rousing rendition of ‘Lady Marmalade’). But on a Friday night it wasn’t crowded and I could actually carry on a conversation with the group without having to scream.

I’ve only been here on a Tuesday for lunch, and I can recite the menu from memory: Tacos(all you can eat). The tacos come in one variety: in a crunchy shell with«taco seasoned» ground beef. Then you head over to the fixin’s table and add cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, lettece, and Pace Picante salsa. We found some Sriracha on the side too, which was a nice little pick-me-up on the tacos. A pitcher of PBR(which definitely tasted fresh) was only $ 7. The person working, Nancy, was really nice and kept our all-we-could-eat tacos coming.
