I’m so dissappointed! None of the local stores deliver to Belltown! I can’t even get EAT24 which is Unilocal’s service or Bitesquad to deliver as pickup from JJ’s! Please get with the 21^st century, not everyone has time to leave their home at any time :(

This is my favorite Jimmy John’s location. I’ve been eating Jimmy John’s for years but these guys have it dialed in. I’m picky about mayonnaise and hate it when there’s too much. I hate it so much that I often order sandwiches without it even though I do like to have some. I have to trust a restaurant to order mayo on a sandwich these days. These guys dropped some samples by my office and the samples had it right so I gave it a try and ordered a sandwich from them a few days later. They nailed it again and every time since. In addition, their buns are always fresh and baked perfectly. Crispy but chewy, just how I like it. I’ve never set foot in the restaurant because they deliver to my office, usually in under 20 minutes but I’m sure that the quality would be the same if I dined in. Maybe I should give them five stars just based on the quality they maintain. I would definitely give them four and ½. Let’s say that I’d give them the other ½ if they didn’t charge for pickles.
I could pay twice as much at Tubs or Jersey Mikes and if I wanted gourmet, I’d hit Salumi or Grinders but for a straightforward, good quality sandwich, these guys are my go-​to when I’m at work.

Very disappointed first they couldn’t break $ 100. They the soda machine was out of ice. So then I asked if they had any other ice they said no. Not easy to eat a dry sandwich with a warm drink. Last time I go there

Oh my! What can I say about Jimmy John’s that hasn’t been said a hundred times? Their sandwiches are good, sure, but that’s not why I come. The sandwich artists are SPECTACULAR. Very talented and efficient (not to mention pretty — wowzas!) ladies making the sandwiches here. In this man’s opinion, getting delivery is a waste of time, despite the tasty selection of sandwiches. Can’t recommend the dine-​in experience enough! They’re the best!
My requests are not always the easiest to handle (because of my diet, I sometimes get sandwiches with minimal toppings, maybe just mayo and onions) but the beautiful bread babes at this JJ’s never bat an eye at what some lesser sandwich places (that shall remain nameless) may perceive as weird. Thank you, Jimmy John’s!

I love jimmy johns. They’re always so fast so the advertising is absolutely true. Once our sandwiches were there within 10 minutes of ordering online. I’ve ordered and put the wrong address on accident and they’ve brought my sandwich after close because they’re just that good. Once they forgot to include my pickle and in 5 minutes the delivery guy was back at my apartment with one. I’ve always had fantastic experiences with this jimmy johns.

I go here once a year and the service is fast and friendly by my limited experience. As for the sandwiches… INCREDIBLE. MIND-​BLOWING. Tasted like sandwich. ¹⁰⁄₁₀. Will go next year.

Lousy customer service. Had to repeat my address and order at least five times and was put on hold 3 times. Listen to your customer, not the distractions of running a mediocre sandwich shop.

Fast friendly service. The bread is a step up from most fast sandwich places and the ingredients are fresh. The #9 Italian is outstanding. The roast beef is good too.

Super fast service and reasonable prices for a good sandwich. Nothing to write home about, but okay.

I kid you not — they handed me my credit card receipt and my sandwich at the same time. Fast, baby, fast. AND tasty!

I have ordered from there a few times for business lunches, big to small. Ordering online is a breeze. The courier is always on time and sometimes very early. It blows me away that I can order for a large group and have it in an hour especially in Seattle where hardly anyone delivers.
The subs are super basic and I don’t care for the bread. The cookies are average. However, when I need to feed a crowd, the price and timing are always right.
There’s only street parking available.

The sandwiches are good and for what you pay. A place to go if you are in a hurry and want a fulfilling sand which. Also, the staff is friendly and nice.

I often realize I’m hungry and look down at my computer and notice it’s 12:45 or 1:25. I then think about all the hassle in South Lake Union to find a place to eat or settle for something real terrible close by. Then, I think about the app on my phone and order from Jimmy John’s. It’s always unbelievably fast and tastes good.
Last time they shorted me exactly one bag of chips. I didn’t quite know or want to go through the trouble to get a credit or anything, so just let it be. Today, when I ordered again, I noticed that my chips were free. Everything is right in the universe again.
If you do get delivery from Jimmy John’s, tip your «rider» well, they’re really nice people.

Not sure what else to say about this Jimmy Johns that hasn’t already been said before, but I still want to show my appreciation by rating it 4 stars. It’s one of the fastest, easiest and cheapest places to grab a quick bite for lunch in the area.
The menu is simple but solid, the food tastes great and it is ready at lightning speeds even during the busy lunch hours. My #5 Vito sandwich always comes packed with all the Provolone cheese and Genoa salami that I crave all-​too-​often. Maybe one day I’ll even be adventurous and order something else, who knows?
All in all, great place if you want a simple yet tasty lunch sandwich.

I can’t eat normal roast beef sandwiches anymore. The Hunter’s Club sets a new standard for what a roast beef sandwich should taste like.

JImmy John’s fills the void of «I have 20 minutes before I need to go to work, need something to eat, and need to get it in 5 – 8 minutes when it’s slammed». This particular location does, in fact, get slammed by the Amazon crowds lunch hour, but the sandwiches still come out quickly and with little to no mistakes occurring. if you’ve had JJ’s before, you know what to expect.

I love jimmy johns. I have been eating their sandwiches since 2009, when I found a location in SLC.
My only request for jimmy is to put on less mayo and mike the bicycle jerseys available in the store.

These subs are freakishly fast. I spent a total of one minute waiting in line, ordering, paying, and getting my sandwich. Holy crap!
The selections of subs are interesting, but I had the Beach Club, which naturally should have Avocado, but for some reason they didnt put any on? What? Weird.
Overall the service is ridiculously fast, and their subs are just OK. It’s a good place to go if you’re in a hurry.

I placed a lunch order from Jimmy John’s for about 20 people last week. Everything went smoothly and everyone was happy with their lunches (especially the tub o’ pickles) but my own sandwich got messed up. I asked for no cheese and I got a turkey sandwich sans cheese, mayo, or sprouts. I was going to write a pouty update, expressing how I wish JJ would value accuracy over speed…
… BUT THEN this week I had to place a last minute box lunch order for 11 people. First a guy from the store called within minutes to check on something that I had entered strangely when placing the online order. I am SO GRATEFUL that he did this otherwise I would have had a bunch of disappointed staffers. Second, the driver showed up right on time, which was just under an hour after I placed the order! Third, they tossed in a couple extra bags of chips and cookies, in case someone didn’t like what they got in their box lunch.
All Around Customer Service All Stars. Would be 5 Stars if they would get my order right every freakin time!
SO ACCURATE YOU’LL FREAK!

I’ve been here dozens of times now – for better or for worse, it’s become a default lunch spot when I just don’t want to think about lunch, or have too much to do to go anywhere that requires more walking and time.
They’ve completely won me over with their consistency.
* The staff is always friendly and efficient. They’re always abuzz in activity and seem to be enjoying their work. No surly expressions here. They greet you when you walk in and bid you farewell when you depart. It’s the extra mile that sticks in one’s mind.
* Out of dozens of visits, only once have I thought that the sandwich was a bit lacking: I got a tuna salad with not nearly enough tuna salad on it. I think there was some new staff working the line that day. Other than this, though, sandwiches are always jam-​packed full of fresh ingredients and prepared quickly.
* I try not to get chips too much, but when I do, they have my favorite varieties, both jalapeño and salt & vinegar, and they’re good crunchy kettle chips.
Though for nutritional reasons, I should probably not visit Jimmy John’s as much as I do, for convenience, value, and service, it’s likely to remain in my regular rotation for some time.
