I have been going to this pharmacy for 6 years. The only good things I can say about Kelley Ross is that it is only 3 blocks from my home and that the cashiers are lovely, especially Pat. They are not open on weekends. Specialty meds like Axiron are special order only, meaning I have to wait and make an extra trip there. Several times, I was given the wrong amount of meds and two times someone else’s medications were in my medication bag that luckily Pat caught. Also, the pharmacists aren’t very helpful as far as calling the prescribing physician with questions or concerns or recommendations regarding savings(online pharmaceutical/manufacturer discounts) that could have been passed on to the consumer. This was my experience with Jolene in particular. She would give the cashier instructions for me rather than speaking to me or my physician who wrote the prescription. I’ve put up with Kelley Ross for too long. I loved how close it was to my home. I loved how friendly Pat is when I came in to pick up my prescriptions. But that is not enough for me to continue to do business with a sub-par, unfriendly pharmacy like the Kelley Ross on Madison. I wish I could up root my pharmacy from the Bay Area to Seattle but that is impossible. Instead, I will stop doing business with a non service oriented pharmacy and will instead walk an extra few blocks to other neighborhood pharmacies.

The compounding side of Kelley Ross is awesome. Great service! A little more pricey than my old pharmacy. The Rx side is horrible. Rude workers and lousy customer service. Will never try to fill an Rx there again!

After moving from Kitsap county over to Seattle, I was delighted to have a compounding pharmacy for our dog’s medication so close to my husband’s work. However, for less medicine we were charged 200% the cost of what we paid in Kitsap. If you need anything from a compounding pharmacy in all of Washington state, I recommend Cascade Specialty Pharmacy. They are half the price and only charge $ 5 to ship anywhere state-wide. I am truly disappointed with my experience with Kelley Ross — who were lovely on the phone, and even told me they are priced competitively. Back to Cascade Specialty Pharmacy it is…

Wow! really suprised by the other reviews. I had an excellent experience here. Found them to be super friendly, helpful and reasonably priced.

I wasn’t expecting to need a refill this weekend, but I did. I just called around and there are NO kelley-ross pharmacies that are open on Saturday. DONOTUSEKELLEY-ROSSPHARMACYEVER. A pharmacy that has no locations open on Saturday and that can’t access your Rx is completely useless.

80% of the staff at this location I’ve seen each visit over the last 6 years. That has to say something right there. Regardless of whoever has helped me, they are always fast, friendly, and efficient. And I do mean efficient. As a returning customer, I can’t remember the last time that it took me more than 1 minute at the counter to submit my prescriptions for filling — seriously, under a minute. Despite a smaller waiting area, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes in line to get to the counter; they have no problems getting extra staff up to the front counter to help people when they are busy. Fill times are pretty good, around 20 to 30 minutes is what they tell you but I’ve had it done in as little as 15. You certainly can’t beat the convenience of a drugstore in the lobby of a clinic and this one is a great choice.
