I have seen Dr. Baum for acupuncture for my neck. The treatment has been very effective. She is generous with information and I feel that she is incredibly knowledgeable. I guess above all, I can tell that she really, really cares about me and making me better, and that was very important to me because I have been to too many doctors who you make you feel like they are doing you a favor. I really recommend Dr. Baum.

Kira is a tremendous naturopath and succeeded where others had failed.
I had a cold/​flu that I was dealing with. Nothing I did could shake it. I had even gone to a conventional doctor and taken antibiotics. Still, it dogged me.
I went to Kira and she advised me on what supplements to take and gave me a tincture to take as well. The tincture tasted awful, but I thought that if it tasted that bad, just think what it must be doing to this bug. Well, it worked tremendously and I was completely well again in just a couple of days.

I was troubled by an allergic reaction that caused very uncomfortable and long lasting hives that my general practicioner at Polyclinic, allergist at Northwest Asthma and Allergy and prior naturopath could not figure out. Through patiently working with me on an elimination diet, Dr. Baum helped me discover the reason for my allergy. She helped me research air filters to address allergies in my bedroom. She patiently listens every time I meet with her and makes me feel like she is treating me as an entire person; as opposed to treating a bunch of symptoms. She is very knowledgeable and I value her input into my health immensely. I can’t recommend her enough!
