Klein James is an auction house and gallery on Westlake Avenue. James Skrzypczak, the owner, sold me an antique set of spears. He shipped the package to the wrong address. He admitted fault yet insisted that the customer, I, pay for his mistake. He said that if he paid for the new shipping charge he wouldn’t make a profit. I’ve never come across such disgraceful conduct by a shop keeper. Beware – he is more interested in a quick buck than in customer service – and he is boorish and vulgar about it. Steer clear if you wish to avoid drama and a very spiteful«antique’s dealer.»
