We are a small business and rely on our computers more than ever in every facet of our work. As you can imagine having a fast and reliable IT person is essential. We were referred to Dennis by a friend and have worked with him now for a couple of years. We could not be more satisfied! We have 13 people in our group who all have direct access to Dennis. He is patient with even the most basic issues and has always been able to keep us on track. I greatly appreciate his positive attitude and willingness to help troubleshoot. We have worked with Dennis for several years at my work. From day one– he came in with a huge smile and dug right in to set our systems up right. My computer suddenly stopped working and I needed for my small business. Very soon after I contacted Lapchis Consulting, was Dennis at my business to diagnosis the problem. It turns out, my monitor was broken and not the CPU (thank God). Dennis let me borrow a spare monitor of his for a few days, and he even recommended a new monitor on amazon (total value add!).
