Laz is terrific — he does outstanding work. He installed new circuits in my garage, added new outlets upstairs, & installed new HDMI & CAT6 cabling.

Chose Laz b/​c of a Unilocal review. An apprentice spent a day at our place fixing a number of different things. He was very professional and hard-​working. He actually made a mistake that Laz took care of immediately. My invoice came in exactly where I expected.

Laz had top ratings on both Unilocal and Angie’s list so I gave him a call. He found time on that same day to come over and troubleshoot my broken light switch. I have a 1904 house who’s had a handful of different electric upgrades, and he was able to identify and solve the problem swiftly. I really enjoyed his personable and positive attitude. He came across very trust worthy and smart, and spent the time to explain to me what had gone wrong, how he fixed it, and then explained how the electric in my house was set up and where I might experience future problems. I highly recommend him and will call on him in the future! His rates were fair and he said he’s email me the bill when he left which I thought was very cool.

i’d been looking for a while and he ended up being one of the first to call me back, after finding him here on Unilocal.
i have high expectations for service (after working for nordstrom for 12 years) and was thrilled that this guy only told me what NEEDED to be done, gave me suggestions for how to save money (including some things my husband or i could do), and gave me reasonable timelines for updating our 1964 electrical system.
his rates were reasonable, he is personable, and i felt trustworthy. all of these things give laz high marks in my book! i will definitely call him again when we need to have our old electrical panel updated.
