Making Change With You

Teri is an absolute angel! Her work with me has been a precious gift that’s made a priceless and profound difference in my life.
Here in Seattle, the winter season can sometimes get to you. I couldn’t tell what exactly was going on with me, perhaps a bit of Seasonal Affective Disorder or some underlying conflict was effecting my energy, mood and motivation. I knew I needed help to get out of the funk I was in. Being a hypnotherapist myself, out of all the other hypnotherapists who work in the area, I trusted Teri to help me the most. Since I had trained with her, I knew how competent, intuitive, kind and strategic of a guide she could be.

She surpassed my already high expectations. I am forever grateful for my experience in trusting her to help me overcome such a great «stuckness» that had been present in my life for at least 6 months, perhaps a year or more, which was easily and enjoyably resolved. I had tried much work on my own and with others but Teri was the one that finally really knocked an underlying issue out of the ball park for me. When a conflict is out of your awareness, they are typically the root of many problems and the hardest to solve but Teri quickly and easily was able to uncover it and clear it up for me.
I can’t thank her enough now seeing how big a difference it has made in my mindset and behaviors. I’ve found myself having more energy, motivation, focus and a positive out look to accomplish my goals, already taking action in my personal and professional life. She’s an absolute joy to work with and her humor, wisdom and lovely spirit are unlike any other!
