Reviewing the food court in separation from the restaurants: yay! A nice small outdoor food court that actually feels a mile away from the busy streets(okay, a half mile away) and truly shocking, it is not filled with homeless people. There are some trees, lots of chairs and tables and you can go up stairs by the phở place and there is even more seating!

Pro: Quick. Eh! I’d look elsewhere. Teriyaki-san Ordered the teriyaki chicken. They gave me spicy chicken. Was thinking alright, can I have a few pieces of the teriyaki chicken so I can best decide which to order when I come back. Both were blah. Chicken didn’t seem to be tenderized. Grilled, cut up and tossed in steam table pan and sauce dribbled over it. There was a reason this was the only place without a line. Will seek out better teriyaki elsewhere.

An outdoor food court in Downtown? Why yes! Some corporate food choices like Quiznos(yuk) But, some delightful local business too, here are my favs: Teriyaki San The sushi joint in the back(can’t recall name) used to be Rice n Roll The Indian joint in the front Hollywood Burger Co.(who happens to have specials running all the time) & lots more to suit your taste It’s convenient for all DT’ers + affordable + fast. On a sunny day, it’s nice to have a place to escape your windowless cubicle… go check it out!
