Dealt with Mcquaid on the purchase of a property. In my entire career it was probably the most arrogant and snoopy organization I have ever dealt with. I once learnt that you never argue with your clients, this company has not learned that. Avoid at all cost!

Solid guy, with a lot of experience in both the rental, and real estate business. He was able to help me through a lot of things as a first time, commercial buyer. He’s also been available for a couple of follow-​up questions after the sale. I worked w/​a half dozen people who tried getting me into the wrong properties, but this worked out.
