Speechless in Seattle-​I recently called Mezzanine and spoke with a gentleman over the phone regarding helping me fix some errors I made in the old Pro2006 version of Quickbooks. I had lost an account and made other changes and was completely frustrated and helpless on how to fix it. I even called Intuit, the company who does our payroll and who developed Quickbooks but they couldn’t help but only wanted me to buy an updated version. I explained what happened over the phone to Mezzanine and how the accounts looked and this gentleman at Mezzanine was able to correct the errors in about 15 minutes without needing to come to my home. This was all for free!!! When I searched on-​line for someone to help me resolve this problem it would have costed me anywhere from about $ 35 to over $ 150/​hr for someone to come to my home. We are considering using them to do our bookkeeping for us to prevent future mistakes. They were an absolute life saver for me.
