Do not use this company, they have terrible customer service.
Recently I placed an order for photos on-​line as instructed after viewing my proofs. They sent the wrong photos to me. I needed the photos for a gift I was making that day for my daughter’s birthday. I e-​mailed Mirror image and explained the problem, and asked that my shipping charges be refunded since they had sent me the wrong order, and since clearly i would not receive the correct images in time for my daughter’s birthday party.
They refused to refund my shipping charges telling me that all sales are final, even after admitting that THEY sent the wrong order. They told me that clearly the package sitting in my possession from them had been on my desk for 3 days so if I couldn’t open it and determine that the photos were the wrong ones before my daughter’s actual birthday, it was my problem, not theirs. They offered me a few additional «wallet» photos of the images I had already purchased several copies of. Totally unprofessional and rude. Don’t waste your time.
