The owner has a sense of entitlement that is as salty as her Salted Caramel Ice Cream! She treats employees like garbage in front of customers and feels so entitled that she can park her mobile truck in front of other local Ice Cream shops? No stank you Molly! You suck! Boycott! The one star is for the quality vendors like Theo and Vivace that make her best flavors.

Salted caramel sucked. It left a bitter aftertaste. But the maple walnut and scout mint were yummy! The location is cool. Next to a bunch of quirky restaurants.

Strawberry balsamic ice cream!!! Yumm! Like other Californians, I was freezing in Seattle so just the thought of ice cream made me shiver. However, I was extremely happy my friend took me here after devouring this tasty treat. This place has such interesting flavors. I’m a little jealous of the other reviewers since they’ve tasted so many other flavors! I’ll definitely come back when I visit Seattle again.

I fully believe that Molly Moon’s is the best ice cream I’ve ever had. They have some unique flavors and then flavors we are all used to, with an extra kick of flavor. I’ve personally tried: — Salted Caramel — Honey Lavender — Theo Chocolate — Vivace Coffee — «Scout» Mint Every one of the flavors are very good and at the top of the game. You have to be a little more daring to try the salted caramel or honey lavender. I liked both, but wouldn’t be able to eat an entire cone of the salted caramel, just too much salt for my taste. The honey lavender is very good, but my wife thought it tasted too much like licking a plant. I told her that was the point… there is actual lavender in the ice cream, but I found it very good. Their best two flavors, in my opinion, and in my family’s opinion are the Vivace coffee(actual coffee beans in the coffee) and the«Scout» mint. These two are not only great, but are the best coffee ice cream and mint flavored ice cream’s we’ve ever tried. The flavors are so good, that my pregnant wife of 9 months waited in a long line to get her hands on the coffee ice cream. I’m surprised at any negative reviews as I love the flavors. Maybe others should try more flavors? Not sure, but I know that Molly Moon’s is the best Ice Cream that I’ve personally ever had.

Molly Moon’s was my last stop at the Mobile Food Rodeo. Having never tried their ice cream before(unbelievable after more than five years in Seattle), I was excited to give them a whirl. And, after getting a heaping single cone of salted caramel ice cream, I was pretty pleased with my selection. Their ice cream has really big flavor, with loads of salt and caramel, and at first bite, it’s excellent. Unfortunately, it was a little too much salt and sweetness for an entire cone’s worth. I probably wouldn’t have been able to finish my scoop, but fortunately was sharing. Perhaps it’s the wrong flavor, or perhaps Molly Moon’s is not quite for me, but it’s at least worth a shot if you haven’t tried it.

Molly Moon’s is one of the best Ice Cream shops in Seattle. They have great flavor that you can not get anywhere else.

Who doesn’t love ice cream? Better yet — who doesn’t love MOBILE ice cream?! With the launch of Mollypops and ice cream sandwiches to the mobile truck, I’m an even bigger fan than ever. If you ever see a crazy redhead running and screaming after the ice cream truck… look away, cuz it’s me and I’ll be embarrassed you saw the desperation in my eyes. What can I say? It’s a weakness!

Just do it, amazing! Can be really busy in the summer, with lines out the door and down the street but it’s worth it! I personally love the Basalmic Strawberry ice-cream and topper! My friends usually get the salty peanut and the lavender ice cream! They have great unusual flavors to try as well as the more conventional flavors! You can also by pints, jarred sauces, t-shirts ect!

I enjoy their ice cream but the queue to get it? Not so much. I had a less-than-optimal experience here so I’ll stick to their mobile truck or one of their other locations. The chocolate was okay. I’ve had better. And I agree, less salt in the salted caramel would work. Maybe it’s one of the reasons it melts so bloody fast.

If you search for the word«salty» within the reviews for the Wallingford location, 100 out of 500 reviews consist of people complaining about the salted caramel being TOOSALTY. I love salt. Love lots of it on everything. People call me crazy because of how much salt I eat. But the salted caramel is TOOSALTY. You can eat a few bites, but then it just becomes overwhelming. Listen up Molly Moon’s! If you cut the salt content by a mere ~20%, the people that love the salted caramel will still love the salted caramel. And the 100 out of 500 people that think it’s just a little too salty will also love your salted caramel. You can’t lose.

I don’t like ice cream and I like Molly Moon’s. Really! It’s worth the occasional visit — they have standard and unique flavors to pick from, and all are tasty.

This is the place to go for interesting flavors(as well as the traditional ones, you are not forgotten, lovers of chocolate, strawberry and vanilla). Waffle cones are the way to go — they are thick and hearty and don’t break as easily as some of those commercial ones. The servers were really friendly and were happy to let me try a couple of flavors before making up my mind(I sampled the honey lavender, I love lavender, but it was a little much for me). I decided to go with the balsamic strawberry, sounds weird, but balsamic vinegar and ice cream is a great combination. My friend got the lavender lemonade sorbet — very good, and the chocolate ice cream, also solid, but not the best I’ve ever had. They had some tantalizingly interesting sundaes on the wall… bergamot infused olive oil over chocolate ice cream with whipped cream… HUH. Maybe next time? Also amazingly enticing toppings like this caramel dulce de leche sauce… Prices, well, its higher-end homemade ice cream, so my waffle cone with one scoop was $ 4.40, but I thought that was a pretty standard price and I got a nice large scoop. Totally worth it for the adorable ice cream shop, friendly servers, and yummy ice cream. Can’t go wrong here! I will definitely be back. Often.
