Nicole did an amazing job with our wedding, I would not hesitate to recommend her to any of my friends or family who are planning their wedding. Nicole was incredibly detail oriented and walked us through all of the decision we had to make for the wedding thoroughly. For many of the decisions that we didn’t even think of, Nicole always had some creative ideas that really aligned with the look and feel we were trying to achieve with the event. Also, Nicole’s knowledge of all of different vendors in the wedding space was immensely helpful as many of her recommendations were significantly less expensive than the vendors we originally researched. On the day of the wedding, Nicole took care of everything from the very beginning, worked with all the vendors to set everything up, coordinated with everyone in the wedding party, and our wedding was everything we wanted it to be. The amount of stress she removed from the event cannot be measured and we are extremely grateful that we had Nicole to help plan and orchestrate our big day.

As a make up artist, partnering with a team of people for an event can always be a challenge. I’ve worked with some pretty ‘intense’ people over the years and I am happy to say, working with Nicole was a dream. She was in contact with all the vendors well in advance. We all knew where to be, when to be there and how long we had to complete our work. The bride and bridal party was calm, collected and relaxed. And the entire event went off without a hitch. I would gladly work for her again, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to my dearest friends and would certainly not miss an opportunity to be at one of her events!

I could just say«Nicole was worth every penny we spent on a day of coordinator» but A) you would not believe me and B) That would be an understatement. Not only is Nicole a fun, warm, and loving person, she is organized with a capitol O. I mention that she’s a great person because you’ll be spending a lot of time with your D.O.C(Day of Coordinator) leading up to your wedding, and you want them to be tolerable. Nicole is that, and more. The irritating thing about a wedding is that, unless you’ve been married before, this will be your first foray into the wedding business. It is a complicated, frustrating, expensive business and Nicole was there to negotiate, offer ideas, and comfort us when it became too much. Example: The day before our wedding our shuttle company called and informed us that, rather than the $ 500.00 we were expecting to pay, it would be more like $ 3,000. We called Nicole panicked, and she said, «Let me call them.» Not an hour later she called us back, having talked the shuttle company back down to an agreeable cost. These are the kind of issues that will happen during your wedding, no exceptions. Everyone gets one wedding disaster. And if you have Nicole as your planner, you will never even have to hear about them before they’re resolved. Nicole genuinely cares about your vision of what your wedding will be like, and is there to offer ideas and problem solving. My partner and I personally wanted to run away every time someone said, «Well, traditionally…» Nicole totally got that, and was there to offer creative suggestions for our wedding(Example: small dishes on the table with a sponge for applying temporary tattoos). We started out wedding planning thinking we would just get help from our friends and family on the day of, and I couldn’t be happier we changed our minds. As a result of hiring Nicole, our families got to relax and enjoy the day, and we could relax(as much as was possible) knowing that any problem that arose, Nicole would fix it.
