I am a huge fan of Nordstom Stores, great service and products… they beat their competition hands down.
Nordstrom’s website has some real problems.
They are not competitive when it comes to shipping in general, and their Free Shipping is a joke… very slow an confusing.
I recently found out that with the Free Shipping they offer they do not provide tracking information until your items from out-​of-​state arrive at the hub in your home state… REALLY? I have never had any other company do this, and I order online all of the time.
I am currently not going to order from this website because I find their shipping policy unacceptable, and I can simply do better elsewhere.
