I called to get a quote for a sign and they said it would be a day or two for a proof. After a few days I decided to call back. Not a big deal, people get busy. I talked to the same person and she apologized and said she would have it out that day or the next. It’s been several days and I haven’t gotten anything, or a call/email explaining why! After checking in once, I feel like I shouldn’t have to call again to see what’s going on. I know people get busy but after this horrible customer service I’ve decided to go with another company.
