Love, love, love this company! They have built the home we live in, they have built a 1200sqft addition on another home we have owned and remodeled several homes for us. They use the best of product, they are super easy to work with and communicate with, they have an awesome reputation in town, they have built many many homes in the city as well as condo’s and apartments, they are a real gem to have in W Seattle! I would recommend them to all!

Their homes are the most unoriginal, crappy looking pieces of garbage I have ever seen.
They did this terrible thing over the past 15 years where they built two identical way-too-large-for-the-lot homes right next to each other. It was this classic Omni thing all over West Seattle that looked like spaceships had landed and abducted the once charming craftsman homes in their place.
They make 3^rd rate products with absolutely no taste. Maximize SQFT and make $$$$; the most sterotypical of real estate developers. Or maybe they really just have absolutely NO taste.
These morons need to hire an architect, and stop marring the charming community of West Seattle with their hideous McMansions.
