The location is nice, since its close to home but their bark can be better looking and the extra fees tacked on is kind of boo boo too. They do have great mulch though, especially if you are looking for a garden mix!

What do I like about Pacific Topsoils? What DON’T I like about them!
*They are local.
*They are organized, with plenty of information on their site so you can make a decision BEFORE you call/​go.
*One of the oldest environmental recyclers, and really the best out there. You can take your concrete or construction wood there and its CHEAPER than the dump.
*They have crazy variety in each mulch/​topsoil/​rocks/​wood category that they carry.
*They are cheaper for delivery and pickup than another company that does the same thing down on rainier ave s (won’t mention their name, because they are OK too).
*Most are open 7 days a week.
*I love the topsoil calculator, and it’s a great tool for precise planners like me.
Pacific Topsoil is a great example of a local company taking it to the next level and kicking ass.
