This location is fine, nothing stood out to me. The store was clean and there was 1 worker working at the time. She was pleasant but since it seemed to be just her she was occupied with the register. I didn’t need help, though, while shopping so it was fine. Would like to see how the store is during a busy season. BOGO here is always a good deal!

I was harassed and treated abusively and horribly today for a return I had. I walked in WITH a receipt, and a broken, cheap necklace and I told the salesgirl, Suraya, that I had tried to fix it for three hours but I was finally giving in to return it. Not only did she look at me like she did not believe me, but she was horrible, and just sat there giving me dirty looks while she was eyeing the necklace in a condescending, psychotic manner. Then she said that she could not return it unless they had the item in the store. That is NOT true, b/c at any other Payless as long as you have your receipt, they can return it. I just bought these items a week ago. She said that out of the three items on the receipt, she could not tell which one was the necklace. Out of earrings, a scarf and a necklace? I told her I would show her, but she would not let me and brought over a woman who looked like she was angry to be there and they both looked no older than 20. So, when I begged her to just give me my money back, b/c I had worked all day, and that I was upset by the way she was treating me, she was alarmingly unapologetic, alarmingly uncaring and then asked the other«associate»(She does not even deserve that title) named Anna to come over and decipher(On a very CLEAR, well kept receipt) to find the earrings. After I repeatedly asked them why they were treating me that way(They also do not seem remember it is all recorded) and wondering to myself why their nametags were not on,(And then answering myself when I realized why they did not want to give me their names when I asked: So they can get away with abusive behavior.) …they just stared at me with no response and were alarmingly uncaring and seemed to actually take some kind of sick satisfaction with the fact that I was upset over how I was being treated b/c they had sheepish disgusting grins on their face. When I left, I was so horrified that I not only will not go back there, but I have to say that I am so glad that I have been in customer service since I was 15(I am 41 now) and would never treat a bad dog the way they treated me. After humiliating me for several minutes, they finally gave me my measly 10.00 after humiliating me. I hope they are both fired and I hope this store goes out of business.

This payless is alright, it seemed really packed in there, I think mainly because of the layout being more wide and having shorter aisles, I just felt like I was inside a shoe warehouse. The staff is very friendly though and payless always has some GREAT prices for some decent shoes, with styles always changing as needed!
