I give Payless props for coming out with some stylish shoes! You have to really look and be patient to finding something! If you know how to look for shoes, you can find some great deals at this place. Most of the shoes are generic-looking but you can find some nice shoes. If they give you blisters, at least since they are inexpensive it’s not a big deal just to write them off as a Goodwill donation. Despite in a ghetto area. I’d still go here to get comfy cute shoes that are stylishly knocks offs of what’s popular. Don’t ever be embarassed to shop here because they do have some cute stuff! The shoes are organized by size so you won’t have to wait for anyone to go look for your size or get disappointed when it doesn’t come in your size. The staff in here are really helpful and friendly. I saw a pair shoes that I really wanted. They didn’t have it stock but they were incredibly helpful in helping me find a pair in another store. They called the store for me, got it put on hold and gave me a list of other stores that I could call just incase the last pairs were sold out. Their jewelry is surprisingly on point. It was 50% off when I went and I picked up a cute pair of earrings. There were tons of other colorful pieces that I am debating about coming back for! Their style has really improved over the years. There are variety of shoes, shoe care items, accessories, tote bags, sunglasses and jewelry. At BOGO ½ off sale, it was a win win all around. A deffinite for those budget-minded shoe shoppers.

The service at this location was top-notch. 5 Stars for sure. Still, I’m including in the average that I just don’t like Payless’s shoes. The quality just isn’t there but if you need a pair of shoes in a pinch, they certianly work. The kids options are a bit better, because they’re going to outgrow them before they can wear out most of the time– I realize I’m just becoming a shoe snob and don’t really look for shoes for me there anymore, that’s not Payless’s fault.
