Amazing drinks, some of the best I have ever had. Loved the rosemary and also thyme infused gins, and good service. The tinctures are fun too

Great neighborhood. The cocktails sounded better on paper. The Sir Francis was ok. The Enlightened One was pretty good. Be prepared for the slow service typical of Seattle.

Good hh drink options and plates. Had the fried okra and hush puppies as well as the fried chicken sandwich and corn bread. The bacon aioli with the hush puppies was way too salty. The chicken sandwich looked great but was really fatty so I didn’t eat much. Corn bread was decent… But kind of under cooked. For $ 33 I wasn’t blown away. The atmosphere was really cool though… Industrial. We sat in the covered patio and they have blankets if you get cold. The Moscow mule was tasty. I had to park a couple blocks away near the train tracks but it’s free.

Love love love this place. The awakened one speaks to my soul. If you enjoy craft cocktails and notoriously good looking men making them– suggest you stop on in!

The gumbo was NOT gumbo but rather red beans and rice with some chicken and sausage thrown in and topped off with grease. The shrimp and grits was bland and pretty much a total gut bomb. Last the fried chicken was mediocre at best… over cooked and bland on top of it… not impressed what so ever, especially for $ 100 bill.

Was taken here by a real Seatlle-ite. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was good, too. The portions are huge and very filling. The fried chicken was interesting — tasted a bit fennel-y, so not your traditional southern fried. The rice and beans had a great level of spice, but I wish they had a bit more salt. There were no S&P options on the table.

This bar is my go-to first-stop of the«Seattle bar tour» whenever I have a visitor from out of town(because let’s face it, the best way to get to know a big city is to drink your way through it). I LOVE refreshing, herby cocktails and seek them out whenever possible. Ladies & gents… meet the cilantro gimlet. Cilantro-infused gin, lillet blanc, lime, cucumber. I wanted to cry when I discovered it. Love at first sip. This place can get crowded on the weekends which is primarily due to the poor narrow design which leaves little room to stand & mingle. Make sure to arrive early & snag your seat. The bartenders are quick to mix — and they’re delightful.

I’m so in love with this place. Never had a bad time there. They have a great happy hour and an extensive drink menu. The booths are super cozy and the place is just beautiful to sit around and have drinks and snacks in. I haven’t had dinner here so I can’t really comment on that part of it though. Service is wonderful. Highly recommend for anyone moseying around Ballard wanting somewhere to stop, have a drink, and just enjoy the afternoon!

Had great time on Oyster Wednesday! Caveat — do not settle in at the bar near the door? The DJ sets up there and you will not have room for drink and food as well!

Came for restaurant week. So it was a smaller menu with fewer options but it definitely did not disappoint. I love the atmosphere and the cozy booths. The food was fresh and tasty. The drinks strong and delicious.

Fantastic cocktails. Good food. I have done brunch and dinner in recent weeks. I love the waffle for brunch and the cornbread at dinner. Service is average to good depending on who you get. Nothing stood out too positive or negative.

Trendy cocktail bar in the heart of the Ballard nightlife district. Went there on a Friday night, and it was pretty full despite there being so much competition around it. From outside, it looked like the place was packed. However, once you go in, you will see how big the place actually is. The crowd was just concentrated near the bar at the entrance. There is also a back patio, which was surprisingly pleasant even though it was cold outside. It has long tables so it’s perfect for a large group. The décor is great, with half moon booths and long communal tables. The patio has picnic style tables. The place is dimly lit, and so perfect for date night as well, if you aren’t put off by the crowd. The cocktails are innovative and delicious. They have also been priced well, compared to the competition around it. The bartenders do a great job with the drinks. However, even though they taste good, they don’t feel so boozy, and it felt like less alcohol was used in them. We didn’t try the food because it was too crowded at the bar, and there weren’t too many servers taking orders. I saw just three of them, pretty surprising for the large space. But I saw some other people who’d ordered and it’s presentation looked good. All in all, great trendy place to hang out with a group, or with a date if you don’t mind the noise and crowd. Well priced drinks. This place has my recommendation and will come back again.

Very aesthetically pleasing, trendy bar in Ballard. It’s cute, but maybe I’m just tired of places that look like this?(Exposed brick, vintage bottles, taxidermy, the whole bit) We stopped in during happy hour on a quiet Sunday evening. The waitress was super nice and provided us each with drink menus, which read like a novel with overly descriptive explanations of their cocktails, shrubs, tinctures, bitters, etc. I ordered an Irish coffee, and I almost hate to admit that it was perfect. I sat there, rolled my eyes at the hipster décor and sipped my delicious beverage with the perfect amount of whiskey and fresh whipped cream. Also…it was happy hour but we were still charged full price for our drinks.

Percy’s & Co gets 5 stars for two simple reasons: a perfect cocktail & great ambience. I judge any bar on their ability to make a decent sazerac, and Percy’s managed to make an excellent one. My drinking buddy was equally pleased with his beverage, the spicy tomate. The bar itself is hip and charming, with live plants and a young crowd. Good service, a cheeky drink menu, and a happy hour… what more could you want?

This is a cute little place in Ballard. I enjoyed the drinks more than the food but I would definitely be back for a cocktail and oysters. The menu isn’t the same but from what I remember, here’s my opinion: The sloppy joe was good. I had the fried chicken, which came highly recommended, but unfortunately I was not a fan. The seasoning and herbs in both the chicken and the red beans was overpowering. The frites are delicious though!!! Very very good. We also had the corn fritters(think that’s what they were), and they were awful. Bland– in desperate need of salt and seasoning! All of their cocktails were delicious. We tried several bourbon drinks and one of their mixed drink specialities. Based on ambience, cocktail selection, and a few favorable dishes, I give this place 4 stars.

Loved this place. Great location in Ballard and a really nice atmosphere and staff. Weekend happy hours don’t come around very often, so it was nice to experience. The okra and fries were tasty, as were our drinks and the prices :)

Just a note– the drinks are amazing. The cocktails are A+++++++. Please, by all means come for the drinks. But why docking 2 stars – I had an excruciating experience getting one. I almost want to give it 2 stars. My biggest tip– sit your butt down on a table with a group. That’s how we got our drinks in minutes, because they actually treat you as restaurant customers. I went to the bar though, to get some water and the other special cocktail of the night with a friend, and my friend was standing there for a solid 30 minutes, not just in line. Literally in front of the bar. One of the dude bartenders just ignored him. Yeah I get it when the two asshole girls before us in front orders 7 – 8 drinks at the bar, but no one else can put their hands on deck? Seriously? So many people behind me just went, fuck this we’re leaving. Anyways, on the actual cocktails– their herb infused alcohol is subtly delicious. I was instantly intrigued. I haven’t actually had alcohol in over half a year. I’ve gotten bored of my usual orders, but I couldn’t pass the cocktails here in Percy’s. I ordered the sweet taboo, which is a type of bourbon sour, and I loved it. It had a very distinct taste, much thanks to the tea I think. It’s both sweet and has a nice dry after taste. In addition, you can ask for a personally made cocktail for a dollar or so more. So if you’re like me(who doesn’t like gin, tequila, or vodka– aka most cocktails) and stuck with bourbon/whiskey, the bar can accommodate. Although I still think they should add more bourbon cocktails. But that’s just me. Overall, I’m a huge fan of this bar. I wouldn’t visit back during late bar nights(10pm-11pm) as I think the romantic atmosphere of an indoor-like garden and patio wouldn’t be ruined, but I would definitely come back to just enjoy a gentle evening with a few people.

Oh I love this place! The drinks are interesting and strong, they use herb — infused liquor. I had the Sankey sour which was so pretty and they make designs in the egg white foam. The food is awesome, too! The shrimp crostini was really good and so were the rosemary almonds!

Percy’s is like your favorite little black dress. You can dress it up during the day and then dress it down at night, same dress for two totally different occasions and no matter what you are looking hot! Percy’s is a very chilled laid back place during the day. The big windows and outdoor patio allow for lots of natural light to come in. It’s not very loud and and there’s a very calm ambiance. At night, this place is bumping top 25 hits and it’s filled with attractive people chit chatting and throwing back their cocktail of choice. Now I can’t say anything about the food here but the drinks are phenomenal! I love sitting at the bar and watching the bartenders work their magic. It’s literally like watching someone make a potion. A delicious potion that washes away all of your inhibitions, which makes for a pretty fun night! They have a pretty extensive cocktail menu, which I am working my way through. I’m pretty partial to the Garfunkel. It’s delicious, refreshing, and is honestly the perfect cocktail. Come day or night, you will not be disappointed!
