Red Mango

I got a small size of their new oreo flavored frozen yogurt without any toppings, which cost me 4 dollars. My opinion about it? Well, I don’t know how to describe the taste… which doesnt even taste like orea or chocolate. It was so disappointing and the worst frozen yogurt I ve ever had! If u want some refresher at UV, save ur money for red mango and try jamba juice instead, which is cheaper and better.

This is my 2^nd favorite place to get froyo. I go here every month and also love how they gave me a free cup of froyo on my birthday. :)
I love their original tart with blueberries, mango, and boba.
Unfortunately I went in the other day and yes, they violated a food safety concern by leaving out fruits with the radiating sun… ground was also filthy with sticky residue. Please have your sole worker clean up the place if there are no customers.

Pricey. I had the best Parfait ever from here though. I don’t come here often because I prefer you top places over red mango. Cheaper etc. I had to knock a star off because I was the only one needing to be helped and the guy was in the back and not paying attention to if anyone came in.
Their yogurt is amazing. Creamy, Tart and just plain delicious. My Parfait actually had a lot of fruit in it and it all was fresh, not frozen crap. I wish that he had put a little more granola on it though.

Came here for the first time to try the frozen yogurt parfait.
We got the mixed berry parfait and it doesn’t look as pretty as it does in the picture. There is more yogurt than fruit (or at least the person who made ours made it that way). I guess that was slightly disappointing since the one from Yunnies looks like the picture they advertise.
However, it’s not the reason why I’m taking down a star. The quality of the frozen yogurt is definitely high quality and is really creamy and delicious. It’s actually not as tart as I would have wanted. The granola tastes good and has a nice sweetness to it. However, red mango says they use fresh fruit but the strawberries in our parfait were for sure frozen. We could feel the iciness of the strawberry and it wasn’t pleasant.
Overall, it’s not a bad place. While we were there a lot of people were eating the new pumpkin spice flavor of frozen yogurt. I think the portion size for their frozen yogurt at their prices are very fair.

I love this place! It is right in the center of University Village and it’s amazing! If you want something cold yet want to be healthy go to Red Mango! They use all natural ingredients and don’t use any artificial coloring or sweeteners in their yogurt.
I recommend the mixed-​berry parfait, it’s very filling and delicious.
The people who work there always let me try the new flavors which is great because they have different flavors depending on the season.
It’s a little more pricey than Yogurtland but it’s also a lot healthier so it is work it!

Red Mango is the most delicious fro-​yo anywhere. I am a fan of fro-​yo that tastes like, oh what’s the word, yogurt. And this does. It’s perfectly tangy with just the right amount of sugar. I get a small plain and I’m fully satisfied.

Original flavor with granola, mochi, and strawberry toppings.
I get cravings for this crunchy, chewy, and fruity combination and Red Mango delivers every time. For the smallest size with 3 combinations it cost a bit over $ 5. Expensive for about ²⁄₃ cup of frozen yogurt. But just enough to satisfy and share with a guy who isn’t big into this lighter dessert.
Pros: Simple and delicious, fresh toppings.
Cons: A tad expensive for just frozen yogurt, not very atmospheric seating inside.

This is my first visit and I ordered the Nutella Yogart. It was ok but I guess I didn’t like this place very much. The yogart tasted a bit sour like it was supposed to but I just didn’t like it very much. The server was very nice when she offered different flavors for me to try. I’m picky so I tried every flavor (haha). The Red Mango website isn’t very good. I tried to search for the location and nothing came out. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again though. I’m just not a Red Mango fan. I do recommend this place because you may like it. You’ll never know until you try!

Besides Pinkberry, this is my favorite place to go for froyo. Never disappoints.

I like simple and red mango can be as simple as you want it to be. They don’t have a trillion flavors, but they do have fresh fruit and tasty flavors.
I love their pumpkin and white peach the best!
Red Mango also has a rewards program, Club Mango, which is great because their price point is a bit higher because you can’t pay by weight like other places.
This location is great, the staffers are pretty friendly, but not overly so and it’s generally clean. I love the outdoor seating, even in the winter is a nice addition.

I was watching some kids and they asked to go to Menchie’s while we were at U. Village, but I only knew about this Red Mango. We were all pretty disappointed – it was expensive, the seating was minimal, there were only a few flavors, and the toppings were pay per each which the woman put on. Though, at least it kept the kids from getting a ton of candy so that’s the only upside. The place was pretty dirty too.
This isn’t somewhere I’d come back to, I think I’d just rather go over to the U. District for some ice cream or something.

Red Mango’s yogurt is definitely on the creamier side (compared to Pinkberry’s). I like it, especially the original tart flavor. I think it is a bit pricey — a medium yogurt with two toppings cost me about $ 6. One topping is $ 0.75 and any additional toppings is $ 0.50 each.
This location is kind of odd. It is in the middle of University Village in a high traffic area, where there are road lanes on both sides. So if there is spillover for the line, the line can potentially spill out into the parking lots. Also there is very limited seating in the store itself.
Be sure to sign up for their rewards program and you can swipe your card for every purchase.
Also if you check in on Foursquare and show them your checkin you can get $ 1 off your order.

First time at a yogurt place, yeah I know I’m late to the party. Whatevs.
This is a small Red Mango so we ate outside. Thank goodness the Seattle weather was gorgeous that day. We had a coupon for buy one, get one free. They honored it [= Pretty sweet.
I got the Milk Chocolate with strawberry toppings. I don’t know if I was suuuuper craving something sweet or my serving size was small but I pretty much inhaled my yogurt. It was yummy. I’ll maybe venture out to try more daring flavors & toppings some other time but I was fine with what I got especially since we got 2 for the price of one!

The most curious thing about Red Mango to me is how these guys continuously proclaim how healthy their food is. They advertise that their competitors aren’t as great, yet this store in particular felt extremely generic to me. They have all the things you would expect from a frozen yogurt store and just about nothing more than that. I really think they should show and not tell. If they’re so much better than the other places out there, then it should be obvious without words being used to communicate it. That said, I think this place is still all right. I’m a softie for frozen yogurt, so I can’t help but like this store.
My first impression is that service is really friendly. They greeted me even before I set foot inside (though to be fair, their door was open and they could see me coming in). I asked them about a coupon for two dollars off any purchase of at least five dollars, and they said they were still accepting that. Then I looked at their menu. They have six flavors of the day. I don’t know whether that means they actively promote those flavors for that day or they only have those flavors that day. Nevertheless, I asked what the amoretta flavor was and they kindly offered me a free sample.
I got a large size cup here and it certainly was large. The taste of frozen yogurt on a warm day is extremely satisfying. If I remember correctly, their prices were $ 2.95 for a small cup, $ 3.95 for a medium cup, and $ 4.95 for a large cup. That’s pretty similar to «the other guys» that Red Mango is competing against, so I guess it’s just a matter of personal taste. In the end, it doesn’t seem particularly outstanding to me, although it is still pretty good and the staff was nice. The store is a nice touch to the University Village, but I think I like the Yogurtland on the Ave more.

Blatant rip-​off of Pinkberry, and is terrible. If Ruths Chris is Pinkberry then Red Mango is McDonalds.
Honestly this the prototypical Seattle /​Microsoft theft of a concept and do a very bad job of copying it.
But seriously, if you like Pinkberry at all, don’t go here. It will leave you feeling decolate and preturbingly disappointed.

What’s the deal-​eo? 6 people were working in a space about 2x the size of the interior of my Honda.
The product is good– same as any other Red Mango– but seriously, 6 peeps? And three of them seemed overly stressed and confused about what they were making/who’s it was.
I’ll pop in again and see if maybe it was training day or something.

The original flavor was CREAMY and delish. I should have stuck with strawberry topping. However, I tried Mango. Mango was not as good as strawberry.
The service was moderate! The facility was ok! It wasn’t a busy day since it was cold when my sister and I stopped in. It felt like they just cleaned up the tables and seating (wet).
I am happy that there’s parking!

Amazing fro-​yo but pricey! But, what other price could you expect at uvill?

If you want sugary, full of fat, calories, preservatives, and candy-​like frozen yogurt, do not go here. Red Mango is for those who truly appreciate the delicious, natural, healthy, tangy, tasty flavor of REAL yogurt.
The frozen yogurt itself is so full of flavor, that simple additions such as vanilla, chocolate, pomegranate, is more than enough. They will give you free samples of anything you want — once I got four samples of yogurt, plus some smoothie and they didn’t bat an eye.
The fruit toppings are all FRESH FRUIT. Again, if you are looking for dairy queen, go elsewhere. The sweetness of the fruit toppings vary with the season, as does anything not processed or fake. Sometimes tangy, but always fresh and delicious. They have mango, strawberry, kiwi, blueberry, and more. They also have mochi (soft sweet rice), honey, chocolate syrup, chocolate chips, and lots of other toppings as well. They do NOT charge per teaspoon (as another reviewer claimed), and their portions are so generous they are usually falling over the rim! If you buy two toppings, you get as many as you want. Once my partner got something like ten toppings, again for the price of two.
The service is almost always very friendly, although sometimes they do get stressed out — you should see how insanely long the lines get here on a sunny day! They are mostly young people, and as anybody who has ever worked customer service, the public can be a very cranky and difficult lot. But they have never been rude, and always when I give them a big smile and ask they how they are, they manage to smile back no matter how tired they are — and 99% of the time the service is great.
I absolutely love Red Mango and have to hold myself back from going all the time!
