Service was fine on my visit at 6pm on a Sunday. I suspect both girls working were students at nearby SPU… very pleasant and food was good.

Service was subpar. Almost felt like a nuisance. Not very welcoming, and the person who rung me up spoke with the most monotone voice I’ve ever heard. Maybe they started using robots to cut down on labor cost lol. They weren’t rude, but the whole experience and atmosphere made me not want to even be inside. I really only intended for a smoothie but was already disappointed with the menu. Not a lot of variety at all. Only one size, no veggies in the smoothies, juice isn’t fresh. And boosts that are usually free at other jamba juices are 0.29 $ extra. They had trouble with card transactions today, luckily I had cash. The woman behind me only had a card and the cashier seemed to handle it poorly… It was awkward to watch. It’s understandable to not having working technology sometimes, but you have to know how to handle a situation appropriately for the customer. I probably wouldn’t come back unless I direly needed a smoothie.

I’m not sure what happened over the last year but I think I need to take down one star here. For one, they’ve changed their menu and it really hasn’t been an improvement. It just made it harder to order my favorite item and every time I try something new, it’s just ok… except whatever that Fiji one is(with peanuts, pineapples, and chicken). That was possibly the grossest combination of flavors I usually like I’ve put into my mouth. Not sure what I was thinking even ordering it. Also, I’ve had a few recently that aren’t totally heated all the way through. They’re all cooked so I still ate it, but the cheese wasn’t entirely melted and one of them was down right cold. It’s typically a rare occasion and I still like some of their stuff and their staff is still friendly but I think it’s still just a four star now.

So-so experience. Employees need some training on service. They weren’t rude but they were occupied by everything but the customers when I entered. Take care of the people at the register first, then resolve other issues. I got the margerhita flatbread which is basically a thin bread pizza, and it was pretty good save the soggy center portion. If the could keep the center from soaking up too much sauce they’d have a darn good imitation pizza. Music was best suited for 16 year old girls, please work on that as well.

The spinach & bacon flatbread here is amazing! I haven’t had too much else, but it all seems fresh and smells delicious even just driving by. The interior looks nice and clean, the staff was friendly, and the price is great for what you get. I will definitely come back here for more.

Stumbled by this joint on accident, it is RARE to enjoy an accident. This joint was no exception. I have had better grub at Subway. Pre cooked, non descript voided space in your stomach. Not ever again for food, but their bottled water was wonderful.

It’s mass market prepared food. Take a mediocre flat bread, put various ingredients you’d find at a subway on it, add sauce and toast it in a convection oven. You are left with something that is edible enough but really doesn’t bring anything good, wholesome or interesting to the table. There are limited options in this area of queen anne so it will do in a pinch, but I wouldn’t seek it out for any reason. The building layout is challenging when dealing with a lunchtime rush. The doors open into the cash register and order taking area while the food gets picked up in the back the building. You have to cross the sea of students twice to complete the transaction. Some simple layout changes could drastically improve this.
