Great shop crammed full of sports clothing and novelty items. The folks are friendly and helpful!

They got the best variety of Seattle sports gear and merchandise available! Great deals through the store. The staff knows their products and are willing to get the extra mile to help customers.

The convenience of having this in u-​village is awesome. Sometimes it’s a pain parking on the ave for the uw bookstore, so this was much needed for people like myself who only want clothing or apparel. I love how they incorporate all the seattle sports teams here. Makes me have sonics nostalgia.
Anyways, workers are cool and nice. I really like that no one is pushy or tries extra hard for me to buy. Ended up buying 3 Super Bowl shirts for $ 9.80 each. Awesome!
Other sale items were extra 30% off today. And I liked that I didn’t have to pay a nickel for a bag! Thank you!!!

Staffed by idiots. Stocked by morons.
We went in looking for children’s Seahawks gear. Nothing in stock. Their excuse? Uh… We don’t do the ordering.
Went to the counter, the clerk stared blankly when I asked about hats, took a phone call in the middle of my transaction and then decided not to answer my question and just totaled by stuff.
It’s overpriced. Their product is the same crap you can buy elsewhere for less. Don’t waste your time on these idiots.

Worst customer service ever. We came in after Thanksgiving looking for Christmas gifts with my elderly mother-​in-​law. They told us that the computers were down — cash only, no checks even. They were happy to direct us to a cash machine if needed. Two items were purchased & they sent my husband on his way WITH NO RECEIPT — not even a hand-​written note. My son’s Seahawk shirt was too small — we went back twice to exchange but of course there was very little Seahawk merch by this time. The Asst Mgr was very rude on our second visit, didn’t acknowledge the computers having been down and I had to stop talking just to get him to look at me (he was too busy moving merch around on the floor). Sent me to the desk where a less-​than-​interested clerk reiterated that w/​o a receipt, exchange only!!! Ironic. She said she would write us down in the book & call when shirts came in (this is the 2^nd time they did this). Of course no word, so I called & spoke again to the AM — I told him I was very disappointed with their service — he interrupted me to see if they had the shirt. Lo and behold they had them on the floor. I told him we were in «the book» to call. «We have 900 names in there he said — no time to call…» WHAT? then why take names??? My husband went to get the exchange & the Manager used the excuse that the shirts on the floor weren’t the same as the one we purchased; which they weren’t (The AM failed to check the actual style #). We took the larger one; hopefully my son will like it AND be able to wear it once if the Seahawks make it to the Super Bowl.
My advice — shop at your own risk, don’t expect ANY Customer Service at this entire store. CAVEAT EMPTOR. The very worst was the AM — no personality, very rude and arrogant.

Great selection of sports merchandise for all the Seattle teams including Seahawks, Mariners, Sounders, UW, WSU, even Sonics. Although, when it’s game day the selection is definitely picked over but you’ll probably find something suitable to your liking. Now that I know this Team Shop exists I won’t have to venture elsewhere that doesn’t have free parking!

Seattle Team Shop is a great place to get Seattle sports merchandise. The store is well stocked, clean and has competitive prices. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the local teams and products they sell. This is a great store I highly recommend.

I came in with a friend looking for Mariners gear and I have to say it was the customer service that won me over. The salesman who helped us really worked for the sale. He made lots of suggestions, took items down for us, and even recommended items off the sale table. He was respectful and backed off when we weren’t interested in a particular item. He explained their return policy clearly and was able to smoothly greet other customers while helping us.
We popped in here while waiting for our lunch order at Specialty’s Bakery, so it was extremely convenient.
They have a lot of inventory for kids, women and men. I’ll definitely come back here!

Compared to most other (sports) retail stores, this place has great customer service.
The store is large, open, and spacious and it makes for an inviting atmosphere.
They carry everything that is representative of Seattle sports — UW, WSU, Mariners, Seahawks, and (soon-​to-​be-​back) Sonics jerseys, jackets, hats, sweats, and other paraphernalia.
It also helps that this particular store location is in the UVillage so you can park for free and do some other shopping and eating while you’re at it.
